IF YOU WANT TO GO SOMEWHERE THE EMPLOYEES ARGUE WITH YOU OVER HOW THEY MESSED UP YOUR ORDER BUT ITS YOUR FAULT, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. IF YOU LIKE PERCOCET SWEAT IN YOUR STEAK SANDWICH, YOURE ST THE RIGHT PLACE. I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE WHO ORDERS HERE TO RETHINK HOW HORRIBLE THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS IF YOU HAVE EVER GONE IN THERE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED LIKE THIS AS A CUSTOMER ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the definition of trash. First time I went in to order for take out, I was presented with a live episode of WWE WRESTLEMANIA. The so called owner and the cook decided to get into a fight in front of me about what I ordered, then the owner who was clearly intoxicated tried to tell me that i didn't order what i ordered, a plain steak joke cheese, fried onions n mushrooms. He argued with ne until i agreed i didn't say mushrooms...... Then came last night..... I ordered a buffalo chicken steak sandwich no cheese, well it showed up with blue cheese and American on it. So i called back and politely explained what happened. The girl taking orders was very polite and explained they would bring out another sandwich to me..... well almost a half hour later she then called me back to tell me that the cook said that I was wrong and that they aren't going to bring me another sandwich. They then put me on hold for 20 min....

After I called them back from 4 different phones at the same time after waiting for 30 min on hold on 4 lines...... they had the nerve to to mee that no cheese doesn't really mean no cheese, I have to be specific what cheeses I don't want...... then they said it was too bad and they wouldn't do anything.

I then proceeded to go to their establishment to talk to the manager who refused to come talk to me. The cook and counter girl yelled and argued with me in their lobby in front of customers for almost 15 minutes. They cook was such a joke he saw the cheese in the sandwich tried to tell me that I wasn't there then thrwe it away before I could open it to show him.... the cook and the other older guy at this place were so intoxicated looking...

I have never heard of such a horror story from a coworker about an negative experience they have had with a restaurant/food establishment then I heard in reference to this restaurant. The disrespect my co-worker experienced is absolutely disgusting.

The website shows a picture of multiple cheesesteak egg rolls so one would assume that for $9.50 cents you would receive what the posted picture shows on the online order feature. But in reality you receive one measly egg roll that looks nothing like the photo posted. This was not even the worst part of the story.

To then tell my co-worker that she is incorrect and not abide by your photos posted online with a disrespectful tone is a monstrosity. I feel second hand embarrassment that an establishment could be so insecure and rude to someone because they do not want to own up to what they advertise online.

You would think that the workers within the restaurant would at the very least be respectful and kind but that is the furthest thing from the truth. Working in a hospitality business but not being hospitable and respectful of your customers is crazy to me. The fact that these workers can act the way they do and get away with it is infuriating to me.

I hope others read this review and caution themselves before entering or purchasing any items here. They might show that you ordered a large pizza and charge you for one but only give you two slices since it seems they like to false advertise. Hope future customers tread...
