Super Fratelli's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Worst pizza place ever. Ordered through doordash and they still got our order wrong. Wings were overcooked and dry and some even still had feathers on them. Plus they only put the container with the wings in a paper bag which spilled everywhere. Pizza didn't get delivered the first time so we called only to get told it was the dasher's fault and that he had attitude. Dasher was very polite and even offered to go back to get the pizza for us. Finally went up there to get the pie ourselves (as the old saying goes, you want something done right, you do it yourself) and when we arrived they refused to give us our pizza and bold faced lied and said it was already cold. The "manager" then said "this is what happens when you use a third party." So you mean to say that your drivers are perfect and ensure all orders are correct? I think not.The pizza was still hot when he handed it off to me. We also ordered a Sprite which they didn't even have ANY Coca-cola products in the fridge and instead gave us a Day's brand ginger ale. Their customer service skills were non-existent; they were ALL talking negatively about the situation when we were at the window, acting like they did NOTHING wrong. Rude over the phone and even when we arrived to get what was rightfully ours. I don't understand how this place has such a high rating yet they can't even do one thing right. I choose this place based on reviews. I don't know who is posting these reviews, but this is by far NOT 5 star. I ordered my food at 7:45 on a Wednesday and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get here. I live 2 miles away. The onion rings were horrible. Frozen, oily, but most of all mushy inside. The Stromboli that cost just shy of $20 was the blandest thing you could ever eat. The steak had no seasoning, the sauce literally tasted like nothing. Jar sauce would have been better. The cook needs to be introduced to salt and pepper. I would have given this no 🌟 's, but my daughter liked her food. She is a one note type person. Orders the same thing all the time and wouldn't know the difference. Her dad gives it a 🌟. So one for each of them. I wouldn't post this if it weren't for the fact that my order was nearly $50. I have been a loyal customer for 9+ years, I love the food n fast delivery, the customer service is the worst, specially when they mess up ur order,which seems to happen all the time, 4 of 5 times of ordering it's wrong or they forgot something, convenient for them after they got ur money n u did not get everything u paid for, I mean a salad is supposed to come with dressing, they charge u for a side of cheese whiz then don't send it, my kids got chicken fingers its supposed to come with dipping sauce n they ask what kind ya want, but dont send it, as per tonight my kids would not eat the chicken without sauce, I call back 45 minutes later still no sauce call them back n they got an attitude with me, by time they bring it my kids will not eat because all the food is cold, waste if 38$, this happens all the time, I just want what I paid for, I work hard for my money, you want me to spend my money at ur business, give me...
