Vito's pizza and grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I really didn't like the food or the service. I call and placed an order and the cashier was a lady I told her that she took my order and didn't do a good job at all. I told her what I wanted on my food and she didn't take my order properly. The cashier has a very bad attitude. When I called to complain about my food not being the way that I ordered it. She said in a bad tone of voice that she would just send me another one. I said that i didn't want her to send me another order she was rude and had an attitude. When i asked her to let me speak to a supervisor she said that there was no supervisor there. I know that she was lying bc there's always a supervisor there. I told her that i was going to report her when i came back to the store and after i said that she calmed down a little bc she knew that I wasn't playing. When I was talking to my neighbor about what happened she said that she also was there and ordered a meal and she didn't like her food bc the cashier didn't place her order properly. And she said that the cashier had a bad attitude. I told her to report it to the owners. I said to my neighbor that the cashier is going to make the store loose business. I guess I won't be ordering from there any time soon Or I will order if I know she's not working. I hope that the business doesn't suffer bc of lack of communicating with the customers. And her...

I been coming here for over a year now for the past months there was always something wrong with my food. It was either too cold or not done or missing requested items each time I talked to the manager name Zahira and she got it handled and always take full accountability for her mistakes. And for the Cook’s Mistakes. The customer service is great and always meet my expectations of what great customer service is supposed to look like. yesterday when I went around there on my lunch break it was an extremely well mannered young lady who goes by Bri that was there and seemed extremely overwhelmed as I watched her handle phone calls and customers in the waiting area and cutting pizzas while trying to meet everyone needs. She seemed to be working all alone and was receiving no help. The cooks were just standing around taking their slowest time not to mention I was told that my food would be ready for pick up in 20 mins and when I went I had to wait an extra 25 mins for my food to be done. I would have expected it to be done by now. When I got home the food seemed rushed and my chicken fingers tasted like they were sitting in oil for a very long time. Extremely disappointed. Been going here for 2 years but not going back :( staff is always rude but food is extremely good, this time pizza was completely cold and it looked like all cheese and pepperoni completely slid to one slide when hot. Also forgot our slide of bleu cheese which we paid extra for. We called and asked it to be remade and asked for our side, they were fine w pizza but when we said our side, the staff screamed at us saying it was extra so we had to order it a certain way, mind you we have been ordering it for 2 years asking for an extra side and had no issues so she messed up, it happens but don’t scream at customer?
