I Got yelled at because I wanted my money back for a rice bowl. The rice was hard and this mean lady yelled at me. I didn’t want another bowl I wanted my money back. The fact that some of the rice was hard made want a refund. ALL OF THE FOOD SHOULD BE RIGHT! WHO CARES IF I ATE SOME OF THE FOOD!! WHEN I GOT TO THE RICE IT WAS HARD!!! There was a mean lady with real thick fake eye lashes who came to the window with a nasty attitude, and yelled at me for wanting a refund. She said YOU ATE MOST OF THE FOOD! SO WHAT YOU IN WANT ME TO SCOOP YOU SOME RICE AND LETTUCE?BECAUSE THATS HOW MUCH YOU ATE! That’s what she said. The anger in that lady’s face could’ve scared so many people. She looked ready to fight me over hard rice Wow she was soooo angry and mad that I wasn’t satisfied with that hard rice. She talked to me like I was a bad child. I didn’t come off rude at all. I just wanted my money back. She looked so angry. I yelled back at her and she was yelling for me to calm down. This other lady was laughing about it the whole time. They humiliated me. She was the one who made me upset. NOBODY WOULD BE SATISFIED WITH HARD RICE. SHE WAS SOOOOOO EVIL ACTING THAT WAS SCARY. How dare you get mad like you own the place?!!!! That was not customer service!!! Instead of checking how much food I ate. She should’ve checked to see how hard that rice was. That’s like eating a platter until you notice something like a toe nail or something in your food. ITS THE SAME THING! I noticed the rice after I started eating and couldn’t finish it. Then she tried to give me more food with a mean attitude. I would never eat anything from there again, especially after her having that nasty attitude. That ruined my happiness for the day. Today I had an unpleasant experience with one of the cashiers. My husband and I ordered some food after coming back from physical therapy treatment our total was $7.55. Recently we've hit hard times and today only had coins to pay with quarters, dimes, and nickles. We tried to make it easier on her by precounting them and grouping the coins in sections of one dollar. But she gives us an attitude and says "Just give me all the coins so I can count them" so we did. While she's slowly counting all the coins she also complaining out loud to everyone how she "Got to count 8 dollars worth of change" and when she was done she shoved a crinkled receipt at us. We felt disrespected. Of course we don't want to inconvenience anyone not be a complicated guest but we wanted to eat while we were out and coins we're all we had. I will never go to KFC again!! My friend suggested to go to KFC for dinner, so we went to the one in Lancaster street at 10:00pm but it was close (it closes at 11pm on their website) then we went to this location. However, after waiting in a long queue in drive thru, they told us there was no more fried chicken just tacos !!! we end up with Taxes chicken I dont know why KFC closes much earlier than the time showed on ur website!!
