Wawa — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ok, so I would visit this Wawa every morning before work. While there, some staff @ this Wawa are very rude & unprofessional every single day. They also don't follow very good directions with your order. One female employee who does the breakfast sizzlis there has a very nasty attitude and a mouth that would get her hurt, seriously. Plus a few other employees there as well but she's the worst one, so bad to the point you wonder how did she ever get the job. She never hears what you ordered, supposedly, and always very sarcastic. She tries to argue with you in her own little calm way. She also makes statements like "did you pay?", as if she's accusing me of being a thief. Now I'm not one to brag, but sweety I'm almost certain that I make far more money than you. And... her uniform decor is very unprofessional; she needs bigger clothes when handling business... & I don't mean to sound racists but she act like she's black. I guess she thinks her butt looks good when it actually looks like she got her behind beat with pots. Point is, I hate this Wawa, & I wasn't afraid to let them know it (especially her); they really need to get some tips from Richmond St. Wawa about customer service. That's why I quit spending my money here. Not to mention Wawa's coffee is always cold, period! Ok,...

NOT CLEAN BUT INFESTED I was there this morning with my son and ready to prepare my coffee (11am) but could not find a clean area on the counter to do so. All was sticky, Coffee cream spilled, sugar stuck to the counter. When I kindly suggested that counters needed cleaning because that’s what attracts all types of insects. The employee gave me every excuse in the world why he has not gotten around to cleaning it. NOT OKAY! Guess what I saw crawling around seconds later, huge roach crawling on top of the counter. When I called him over to let him know he gave me that face like “yeah right look” when I showed it to him he was like okay I’ll get to it when when I get to it. NOT OKAY! I felt the need to tell the manager that was hiding the in back (she heard me talking to him earlier) I’m assuming she didn’t want to face me and when I caught her at the register, her answer was simply okay I will have the exterminator come out. Not a “I will clean that up right away” not even an apology she just seem annoyed with me. I will not be back to this Wawa because they are don’t prioritize on a clean sanitized environment, especially with covid still sending people to the hospital. This place is invested with roaches and whatever else. Customers & Cooperate needs...

Usually go to 2400 aramingo WAWA but stopped in here to get order mashed potatoes and stuffing.... When I requested a small cup side order of gravy (I was told we don't give side of gravy )... But at my Port Richmond I've been getting small cup side gravy for over 3 years around thanxs giving!!! I informed the lady that at my Wawa I get a small side of gravy and she explained well we don't do that here!! Thanks for nothing!!! Can't see why this WAWA has different rules about a small side of gravy for my food!! Anyway I guess some WAWA are better then this one... Went back again today December 6th ordered a panini, payed 75c extra for caramelized onions... Got sandwich home no caramelized onions thanks again this Wawa sucks man!!!!! This is the worst Wawa I have ever been in my life!!! Seems to be unauthorized parking at this location you cannot get a parking spot completely full of cars but when you go inside there's about 10 people!! Have your facility hang signs about parking ,Common Sense will tell you there's illegal Parkers there when there's nobody in the store and there's not a spot outside the...
