I wouldnā€™t dare ever go here ever again. On Friday 8/22, I found mouse droppings in my water ice, I was sick all day Saturday, nobody from the company had reached out or apologized for poising me, with multiple witness who seen the mouse poop, I will be contacting a lawyer. This was disgusting.

Great water ice here in Northwood. I highly recommend the coconut flavor. My wife liked the Pina colada and mango. The guys working there are super nice. Come out and support a local business which is a billion times better than Ritaā€™s.

Stop to get some water ice for my daughters . The staff were friendly, good conversation. Fast and water ice and hotdogs was good and tasty. wallet friendly compare to Ritaā€™s! Definitely coming back here a few times this summer.

My wife and I saw this spot on IG and were SOLD after the TikTok. Definition of COMFORT FOOD!!!

We ordered the Walking Taco with everything on it (minus the chipotle sauce) ā€” added sour cream and their creamy ā€˜cado sauce too. The meat was packed with flavor, super tasty, and the fresh lettuce and pico tied it all together perfectly. 5/5

We also had the Gelati ā€” coconut and cookies & cream combo, recommended by one of the staff. Let me tell you, that pairing slapped. The coconut was refreshing, not overly sweet, and balanced the richness of the cookies & cream. Another 5/5.

Just left this place and can honestly say the customer service was great (my man was with me and he even praised the customer service and heā€™s hard to please lol). The water ice and pretzels were super fresh and good. I hate super syrupy sweet water ice and this was far from that! I even bought a water ice for my son who wasnā€™t with us & it wasnt super melted by the time we arrived home (about 1 mile). I know this is a new business, my guy and I were the only ones there but hope that this review brings more customers, they deserve...

Waterice is really delish.The rainbow,pineapple and cherry flavors were on point.Rich and smooth flavors!!!Now my cheese pretzel,I don't know if you have to ask for it to be toasted,But that is a strong recommendation.Nothing like a Toasted Cheese pretzel that you can sprinkle the salt on. Overall I'll be back in a couple of days.The staff was nice too.Service was quick and efficient!!Thanks...
