Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I’m beginning too think that this store is racist as hell. The first cashier watched me walk I stood in line with no one else in line she starts too walk back and forth and then gets on her phone so like 7 mins she finally ask me am I being helped mind you that I’m a respectful patient person it’s her job too take my order when I walk into the store I shouldn’t have too say excuse me. That happened a few months ago. But just last week I went back there and the cashier once again walks back and forth for a few mins ( Spanish) and once a Spanish dude walks in she finally asks me am I being helped and I told her know so as soon as I told her no this Spanish just walks up in front of me knowing that I haven’t ordered yet and takes his order she never told him that I was next. When I got my food I ordered the bone in bbq wings which had less sauce on it so they were basically fried wings lol I have nothingggg too lie about they were supposed too be honey bbq wings one cashier didn’t even know what they were but on the container it says honey bbq wings she looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. One of the girls who discriminated against has blonde hair Spanish girl and you don’t believe scroll down another black man has said the same exact thing Spanish girl with blonde hair. So I came to this location to get something quick to eat because I was hungry so I got a chicken sandwich meal and a shrimp meal. So I open my sandwich and it wasn’t right they just slapped some hot sauce and a piece of chicken on it. I go in to have them fix it they get and attitude and say do you want pickles on it. My response was I want whatever is supposed to come on the sandwich. So I get it and it’s giving to me with an attitude she almost sat it down on the counter without handing it to me. So I get the sandwich back and check to make sure it’s right then time. It looked right so I do a bite of it then I noticed something black. So I opened it and looked like mouse droppings inside the bread. I go back in the store and ask one of that mangers what is this in my bread he says I don’t know with a careless attitude and ask somebody to come. The lady that came over had an attitude which is the same lady who had an attitude to the first time because she messed my sandwich up in the first place. Their whole attitude was careless and they had an attitude because I asked for a full refund. I also have a picture if it’ll let me post it I will. I order in the store while I was waiting I saw them do a bunch of mistakes putting all the meat in the trash because they were under cook people getting the order done except me 25 mins later I asked for my order she was like your order is not ready give me 10 mins, 15 mins later I ask her to cancel the order she said I am packing it. I wait 2 mins she give it to me and I left to my car. I was late to pickup my kids from the school so I didn't check the food, my 5 years old started to eat and he asked me mom you didn't order frieds I said yes 2 he said I can see french fried and the chicken is wet , I said what I stop and so my food full of oil no fried, no ketchup, no napkins.
