I don't even want to give 1 star. This is my second order. A few months ago I ordered on a Thursday evening. I placed the order online and paid credit card. I called after an hour to check status. I was told my order is on the way, they are sorry for the delay they are short staffed. I waited about 45 more minutes called again, was told the drive is on the way again. I said well 45 mins ago I got that same response. The guy proceeded to tell me the drive was in an accident and they are running behind. Another 45 mins later I am livid. I call and speak to a manager who tells me the order just went out and should be to me any minute. I asked why is it so late. I was told the driver called out and they are short handed. I explained my concern about cold food that has either been sitting around or driving around philly all night. He assured me the food will be hot and fresh as it just left the store. I finally get the food another 25 mins later. Cold and unfresh!! I call and speak to manager again. I can get a credit to be applied for my next order. Uh, well no thank you. I want my money back. They can't do this because unless I come into the store. Well at this point it's late, I am tired, mad, annoyed.. I be in tomorrow. I have an emergency which prevent me from getting the refund. I move on from this. I decide tonight I'll give them a 2nd chance. Its 5pm on a Tuesday night can't be to busy right.. well 45 mins later I call. I am told your order is on the way and should be there any minute. 30 minutes pass, smh.. I should have known better. I call again, I am told the driver just left and had a few order but should be there any minute. I explain I was told this already. I will call driver and see what's the hold up. Sir I am not interested in cold food that been driving around, what is going on. Finally another 15 mins passes and the driver is here. I grab the boxes and feel zero heat. I said this feels cold? How long have you had my order in your car? He says 12 minutes. I just came from the pizza hut. I said well I have been told for the last hour that my order been in the car so i am curious to know how long it's been. He says well you want the order or not. I take the order and hand him the money. I included a tip as I know this isnt the fault of the driver. Smh!! Never again pizza hut!!! They have the phone numbers on all orders if you are running late call explain to people waiting to feed thier families. The driver certainly found my number to call from outfront to tell...
Read moreI ordered 3 orders of 6 piece wings one personal pan pizza and 2 sodas the sodas were not delivered the delivery driver advised to call store for refund when I called the store the person I spoke with claimed to be the manager of the store said I would not be refunded instead I could only get a credit when I ordered again I did not agree to or confirm that I was okay with a credit he was very rude and Had a very nasty attitude during the entire conversation I explained how I paid for delivery and I expected to get everything that I paid for and the “manager” is making it like I’m asking him to do something that I didn’t pay for or asking for extra I paid for soda and delivery why am I not he what I paid for? He would not deliver my sodas or refund me for the sodas he will not have delivered while I was mid sentence explaining that I wanted to have either my sodas delivered or a refund to my card HE HUNG UP ON ME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Is this the type of people that Pizza Hut allows to operate their establishments and handle their paying customers? The location is 4501 castor and the person I spoke with would not provide their name they just let me know they were the manager.. I am reporting this incident on ALL PIZZA HUT PLATFORMS SOMETHING...
Read moreI Order from here yesterday July 23, 2017 at 8:12pm, my food didn't come till 10:20pm, on the web site it said 30-40 minutes delivery, We called twice and all the guy had to say was there was only one delivery guy we ask to speak with a manager and supposedly there was no manager there. If he wasn't able to bring people food on time then don't give a specific time or at least give a courtesy call to the guest that spend money for HOT food, if the workers knew that the delivery man wasn't able to complete the task of delivering food on time and HOT! Then they should have send him out one order at a time so people food won't be cold!!! My intentions was to tip the delivery man, But then I realize what would I be tipping him for bringing me cold, uncut, late food???? You want a tip, bring me hot and on time food! There's your tip! Bad customer-service skills from 4501 Castor Ave PizzaHut sucks, like really! It was way pass the max of 40 minutes, SO i then had late food plus it was cold, and the pizza wasn't cut , i was not able to pull it apart!
