This place is so awful woke up in the morning and needed a cup of black tea to get going I make my way over walk in fix myself a cup of tea hop in line like I normally would to have a gentleman walk up directly next to me and when I go to walk up towards the register he jumps in my face and screams at me I wasn’t cutting you feeling attacked I say please get out of my face he proceeds to keep screaming In my face after moments of him screaming at me a very rude employee walks up and starts screaming at me to and this gentleman to leave the gentleman leaves and the lady walks up to me and starts screaming at me you to leave I try to explain to the lady that the gentleman jumped in my face and I say I don’t feel comfortable leaving and I would like her name because I will be reporting her to corporate she refused to give me her name and just kept saying she was T then as security guard walks up and starts shouting at me I need to go what a disaster I have worked retail for years and I think I can safely say that this is no way to treat customers or condone your self as a employee they should have somebody working there line so things like this don’t happen then also if you are telling a customer to leave you don’t scream at them even if I had done something very unprofessional and not effective in deescalating a situation in my opinion the minute the gentleman jumped in my face they should have removed him from the store absolute disaster and shame to the Wawa brand this establishment deserves negative stars don’t work retail if you don’t want to interact with people on a daily...
Read moreOnly the worst wawa store I have visited. I never seen such bad customer service at any wawa. Wawa had been good experience. But I couldn't believe how this store is behaving with customers. Yesterday, I went there for a pickup. Order was already placed 10 minutes ahead. When arrived, there was no person to attend on pickup desk. After 10 minutes guy came & said we haven't started order yet, but that girl (behind counter in thick glasses) has started your order & it will take couple of minutes. That girl was laughing & chatting with other staff. She was continue watching me & laughing & saying to other staff ( I am not gonna handle this order) I waited 25 minutes. When I asked the other staff(who attended me first) he told, (they are playing with your order. I assigned your order to her, but she is not doing it). I Tried to complaint to manager, she even didn't listen & said you can cancel order than went to that girl & said to prepare order. In end after wasting around half hour, I unassigned the order...
Read moreTuesday August 2016, I arrived at this Wawa at approximately 6:00 pm. 5 or 6 people where hanging out in the rear entrance of the store blocking the handicap parking spot. Parked and proceed past them and was asked by a man and a young boy holding papers would I support something I noted that 2 people where also at the front doors asking for the same. I just walked past. When inside the place was full of flies, was not clean and mats in front of drinking stations where buckled up and posed a serious tripping risk. The bathroom was far from clean. I was so discussed I didn't even buy the water I went in to purchase. Nasty location and action should be taken to bring this fairly new facility up to code and safety standards.
