Leaving my review about this rotten BK as I sit here eating my food. The staff here is beyond disgraceful, especially the young female with red hair and a tattoo at the front counter, you are supposed to be the face, the representation of the company when working the counter, nobody owes you a thank you or apology when you fail to do your job correctly. Business was not busy, not even steady, they were not understaffed or overwhelmed they are just under motivated with inflated attitudes. If they moved any slower they'd be going backwards. They stand with their backs towards a line full of customers while they wait for food to be prepared instead of being efficient and taking orders while waiting for other food to be ready then they turn, take 1 order then go back to staring at the kitchen again. The 1 girl got an absolutely pissy attitude when I asked for my cheesy tots that she herself forgot to put in my bag. Speak clearly, face the customer when speaking and then you won't have to have an attitude about repeating yourself and just do your job right to begin with. Tell me how you're gonna get an attitude when you're the one not doing your job right? The lady next to me had to ask 4 times for her nugget sauce then had to ask again for a bag, at least a 5 minute wait every time somebody needs something because they refuse to turn around and acknowledge their customers, she then had to ask for her food to be prepared again because it was no lo ger fresh. I missed half of my meal with my daughter (it was supposed to be a fun night out for us together) because I had to wait for part of our order which aforementioned staff member forgot to put in the bag. Oh the lady who needed the sauce is up there again and everyone just disappeared to the back. You could run away with the register and they'd never know. Read moreIve been coming to this place for a very long time. What happened to it? It used to be a pleasure going in there. The employees were amazing and they cared. The night time crew the worst. The girl At the register on Sunday night iwas so rude and miserable. It makes you feel uncomfortable. I was talking with another customer who said the same thing, the place went down hill fast. The manager, also miserable looking, doesnt EVER crack a smile. It feels like you are bothering them. The boy in the back was making fun of an old man with special needs. Roll back your cameras and see for yourself. They are not the people you want running your store. That place went to the dumps in a matter of a couple of months. I remember seeing the same faces for years and years and now, All new faces, all bad choices.please take a look at your cameras and watch for yourself. Teach your employees customer service or else you wont have a business to run! The daytime is alot better, but you can still see it slowly dimishing. Good luck. I loved the fact they didnt even try and rectify her mistake. Mariah knew she screwed up from get go and told who im guessing was her supervisor at the time. Because she was standing right there when i recieved the WRONG order. Then turned around and tried to place blame on me and tell me shes a minor lol. Thats the problem. Youre hiring kids that dont pay attention to the customers. This is why Mariah will be stuck making min wage for entire working career. Sorry you just can not justify ignorance because of her age.
