Introduction: The worse Chik-fil-a I have ever been to.

Food: The initial visit I ordered the spicy southwest chicken salad and an unsweetened tea. My sister and mother also had orders also. After we left and got about 3 miles away I noticed hair in my food. Now come on Chik-fil-a this is the second time I have had this issue 😞 but this time I took a picture of it. Not only did I have hair in my food I also received a sweetened tea and remember I asked for unsweetened tea! Of course we went back. I went to the door waited for an employee (he was kind) and then explained my situation. He was not phased and just took the my salad (with the hair) and tossed it in the trash along with the drink. A few minutes later he brought me out a new tea and (what I hope to be) a fresh salad. I leave again and this time didn’t make it out of the parking lot and realized once again my drink was sweet tea not unsweetened tea. I go back to the door and the same gentleman switched out my drink and I thought surely they got it right this time. I went back to my car and took a sip (I even asked my sister to taste it so I would know it wasn’t my palate) and thought, “you can’t be serious” because as you guessed, they got it wrong again 😳. This time my sister took it back and she asked for the manager. He was trying to figure out the confusion...no confusion your workers don’t know what they are doing period! He (the manager) took the old drink and retrieved the correct drink (thank goodness) and this time my sister taste it before walking away from him to ensure it was right.
Experience: Horrible service and again no complimentary item/refund for the nasty hair in my salad and the inconvenience of having to return to the restaurant 3 times!!!
Ambiance: Dirty with trash on the ground.
Stars: Clearly they get one star and that’s because you have to give at least a one but honestly I would not have given any stars. The hair in my food, the returning 3 times, and the trash outside near the drive thru and dumpster.

Read moreI mobile ordered and went to pick it up, usually there is a sign diving the line for grub hub and mobile orders but there wasn't none so I just waited out front with a small crowd. A young guy came out and just stared at me so I just said my name and then he put his hand out and said "lemme see" referring to my phone , I showed him and he told me it was a mobile order and I have to go to the other side. Mind you, this locations is EXTREMELY small and of course always packed, so there was a ton of car and all I could do is pull out the lot and drive to the "other side" . The other side was the drive through pick up window, I got frustrated and left without my food, hungry and running out of time for my lunch. I called customer service to see if I could at least get my rewards back . The lady filed a complaint for me and told me someone would contact me in a few days. Next day I get a call from I guess the manager of this location and she was VERY rude over the phone she asked me "so you came for your mobile order and didn't pick up your food ?" And I told her what happened and she goes "yeah well there is another door on the boulevard side, and we can't give u a full refend" and I said ok that's fine can I at least get my rewards back ? Read moreI come here often because I loveee the food quality and customer service of chicfila, however the quality and customer service here at this location is beginning to slack.
For instance, they made an error in the way my order was rung up (ie . opt to dine in but they rung it up for dining out). The cashier first told me to just wait at the dine out side even though I told her I wanted to dine in. After telling her I wanted to dine in and not dine out for like the 4th time the cashier told me she'd bring it out to me when my order was ready but never did so i was sitting down for a very long time until I decided to get up and check on our order.
They also do not have the employees outside taking orders when the line is long and when they do, the service isn't even required. The lines are already short when staff IS ordered to go outside. Please get it together people.
An example of poor quality is the soggy fries! I received my third order of soggy fries last night over the course of a month. The first time I thought umm bad batch, the second time I thought maybe its just a coincidence, but after last night I am starting to think everyone is getting soggy fries and not just me. They need to inspect the fries before serving them! eww who wants soggy fries. When we order through the drive thru we don't want to come back to the store to complain about the fries.
