Once you've paid they used to tell you "Pull up and we will bring your food out". That is because once you order and pay they are timed on how fast they provide your food. This is done by when your car leaves the window. If you pull up it looks as though they are on the ball and like they are hustling and doing their job. Lately they have been having you wait at the order screen up to 5-6 minutes before taking your order so that they don't have to hustle and your food is more likely to be ready once you order. It looks as though they are taking cars as quick as they arrive. This past weekend, I pulled up with 3 cars ahead of me, sat for 10 minutes with the same guy at the order screen. Seemed weird, cars were just leaving instead of waiting. After 20 minutes of sitting I called the store. This is how the conversation went::: RING RING, "Helluh"... "Hello, is this Wendy's?" "Yeah!". "Hi, is your drive through window open tonight?" "Yeah!". "Oh, I've been waiting for 20 minutes with the car at the order screen no moving".... "Oh, ok..." CLICK.. ::::: Super rude, did not identify that I called Wendy's until I asked. I don't think they even knew the car was out there. So when I car pulls up to the order screen they are notified inside. Once the car is sitting there, they would not be notified because it is not pulling up. If they tell the car to "Wait one minute" as they usually do , and mute the mic,,, they will never know unless someone calls the store and asks!!! This has go to be the laziest crew i've seen at a fast food place. On top of that, I ordered via the app, I ordered Dave's doubles.. they were tiny little patties when I got my order. I asked and she said "No! You ordered the little 2oz patties, not the daves doubles!" I felt like I was getting yelled at. Then she looked at her screen and realized they made a mistake and said "gimme that, i'll change it". Never acknowledged it was their mistake or apologized. Just handed it back when it was fixed and said "There ya go". Strange strange bunch of employees. I think the franchise owner needs to visit on Friday or Saturday night between 8-10pm and see what they are doing to their store. If I was the owner i'd be pretty upset. I will find another Wendy's since this one obviously has no concern for being 'fast'. Keep in mind that with any place that is reviewed, the experiences portrayed are just one person's opinions, give them a chance to prove to your their integrity, the business could have read reviews and made strides to better themselves due to unflattering reviews. After you visit them, post your experience so others can see if they have improved, gotten worse or stayed the same. In any event,...
Read moreIt was about 9:00 at night and I was in a Drive-Thru because the dining room closes officially at 7:00 in the evening. That was the first of the disappointments of this location
I asked about the different size increments for chicken nuggets and I had to ask the same question five different times to get an answer. I was not told the total as I was pulling from the microphone to place an order
I had five different girls that I saw waiting for my order not one of them said hello not one of them said thank you
While waiting there were three girls at the drive-thru window doing different things that I was highly unimpressed and extremely bothered
First none of them had Nets on their long hair that should have been there as per City Health codes. Second there was one girl who was getting drinks put together for a customer behind me at the same time was drinking out of a cup and chewing ice and chewing something else that seems while she was putting things together for a customer! Extremely unacceptable. Two to three girls were on cell phones because they had nothing to do in the view of a customer in the Drive-Thru window. A third girl was bagging food but could see part of her midsection and back from her shirt that was pulled up instead of down as it should have been.
This is one of the worst visits I've had in a fast food restaurant and sometime!.
No acknowledgment of customer no care and concern for what can be seen from the customer's point of view. When I received my food there was food that was falling out of the containers into the bag. Well that's not necessarily the worst thing in the world it is very bad presentation!
This place needs training on customer relations and proper protocol on what they should be doing in view of the customer because this is poor poor poor and ridiculously poor presentation that they did representing this restaurant and business to a customer
Having worked in that industry for the better part of 20 to 25 years I am fully aware of what I should be seeing as a customer and I saw very little of what I know is proper and...
Read moreThe most disrespectful and nastiness manager I have ever seen and heard in an establishment. No professionalism or courtesy at all. It’s is 5/1/22 at 2:14pm me and family just left service at church and we came to enjoy a nice lunch with our kids. Once we walk in there’s a horrible smell and a mopping hazard pole right in the middle of the entrance . My kids have a seat and my husband and I go online. We are in line for about 27 minutes there is only 3 staff members taking and preparing only orders for the drive thru. When we ask how much longer is the wait , what I believe to be is the manager with no professionalism or respect spoke to us as if we were children. And I quote “ if you don’t wanna wait to can go and I’ll lock the freaking doors, our drive thru is more important than the line we have inside so if you don’t like it go to another Wendy’s “ . We had no choice but to leave and my kids and I felt disrespected and sad for how we were treated. Never coming back and pay attention...
