Wendy's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I have worked across the street from here for an entire year and ate here regularly for lunch, This is the worst fast food place I have ever dealt with, I would order my food through a mobile order so that way when I got over there my food would be done. I would order it 10 minutes ahead everyday, 95% of the time the food wasnt done and the other 5% was probably put out as soon as I ordered it and was cold. The employees would come to my work constantly and buy alcohol on there break so no wonder my food was always trash. Ive also been locked outside the establishment twice not being able to recieve my order and when I knocked on the door the employees looked at me and resumed normal business duties like I was imaginary. Everything here from the regular employees to the hiring manager need an overhaul. One of the employees came over and tried to get over on the cashier handing her $20 then arguing with her that he gave her $40 when we all seen he handed $20 which wasnt even enough to pay for his bottle. ALSO TO ADD ON I would order the same order ALMOST every time and somehow they would still mess the burger up give me a medium or small fry when I ordered large, and the thing I hated the most was I ordered a orange HI C everytime and ya know what I got 98% of the time Orange soda and I hated this so much I told the employees to give me a different hic or juice when I ordered which they knew my name and my face since they seen me everyday and still refused to fulfill my request but expect me to know what brand E&J they want when...

I tried this Wendys 2 times since the one closer to Temple has issues. This one is WORSE. 1st attempt, walked in, Freestyle machine is off, nobody staffed inside. I use the drive thru. Got my food back. Incorrect drink, baked potato looked like it was ran over by a truck. OK fine. About 6 weeks later, I tried again. Ordered on the app. Walked in, Freestyle machine STILL DOWN. My order should of been made, but it wasnt even started. Woman then starts to pour some sort of tea and hands it to me. I asked her if this was mine, she said yes. Except I ordered a Mello Yellow. She says "I dont know what that is so this is the closest thing I have". I tell her its from the Freestyle machine. She checks... all out of Mello Yellow. OK fine, how about Strawberry Sprite? All out. Daves Orange Cream? All out. I asked what DO you have? Get my food. Baked Potato came with honey mustard instead of sour cream. I return to the counter to exchange them, nope, all out of sour cream! No napkins condiments or utensils out either. Awful Wendys. What DO you sell? Sadly, whomever is the regional manager of these doesn't care as they NEVER reply to the survey's or a request to speak with someone about...

Waited 5 minutes to get my change, which was 1$ flat! Dude couldn't take the next order & make my change at the same time so I was dreading the quality of food I was gonna receive..... And wouldn't take know it, the food was served cold, like 5 minutes out of a microwave cold! Weren't given any straws for our drinks or sauce we requested. Was told my free frosty keychain emblem didn't allow me to get a few mini frosty.... Which wasn't the case, and after arguing with the guy back & forth his manager finally corrected him but of course gave me an attitude and didn't provide a spoon with the frosty!!! I've had bad service before at places, but those was exceptionally poor to the point I'm willing to take a couple minutes out of my day and write this review. THE WORST service & food I've ever received from Wendy's, and I'm 38 so I've been to my fair share of establishments! O I almost forgot, the onions on my burger went even onions they were the skins from an onion! It truthfully looked like lettuce until I really took a look.
