Wendy's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I have been coming here for a couple years but I officially stop bringing my business here I had to run errands with my aunt one day and we had our kids with us and some at home since we had a long day and wasn’t Going to cook I grabbed food for my kids and my aunt grabbed for her kids we ordered 10 biggie bags and this is why I will never return here after coming for over 5 years when I made the order the guy on the speaker told me if I could come in and make the order but the point of the drive through is to be able to drive through with my car so I expressed that I did not want to I would prefer staying in my car his attitude changed and he seemed to not want to take my order I go to the pay window and the lady who is taking my money says to me 10 biggie bags ! just go food shopping not that it is any of her business but we didn’t have the energy or time to cook that’s why we where there I go to collect our food and I am met with 3 faces that are looking at me and my aunt as if we did the most horrible thing by ordering 10 biggie bags it was the most uncomfortable moment I have ever had in my life with dealing with fast food employees the manager who I have had time to realize that he give quite a lot of attitude to most customers, didn’t look at me didn’t greet me or anything but he passed my food as if he hated me !🤷‍♀️ when he passed the drinks ten of them they didn’t give us cup holders when I asked he replied with a irritated response and said that’s why he wanted me to come in to get the order which doesn’t make sense because how can me or my aunt hold ten cups of lemonade with out cup holders .. they where saying things about us when they thought we didn’t notice which was very rude because wether it be 10 or 20 biggie bags we had a family at home that needed to eat but don’t make mothers feel bad for having a soccer team of kids that we have to feed and because of that treatment and experience that I will never want to encounter again I will never go to this location me...

I've tried all the sandwiches they are very well taken care of knots over full very tender and tasty the soft drinks and we're not we're very nice and you have variety of different flavors I like to mix the asthenosphere is very nice and people you can actually talk to inside and they having a good time it's like you away from your problems and is a place that people don't even know your name but yet very friendly and so are the workers I have nothing but the great respect for them what they do I hope that they're making $15 an hour for what they do and yet you need a lot more people coming in that once like McDonald's or Burger King because the food is very quality type meats that are being served and I really like that and all I got to say is keep up the good work and what not and have better promotions have a lot more people come in it's a very friendly place to be again McDonald's I don't know why they still exist but Wendy's I would love for you to expand in Philadelphia and just take over the whole merge we need to see more places like this thank you very much and I wish you luck in your endeavors in 2019 my name is Timothy London and I do love your organization keep up...

PLEASE READ* After reading all the recent reviews, I have to agree. This restaurant is horrible and it’s an indictment on Wendy’s as a corporation to keep allowing this. No ice for weeks? Rude employees, employees on their phone, no change and cold food. I am NEVER giving them a dime again and I will make sure as many people as possible know how terrible the service is. I see complaints from 3 weeks ago about no ice. Still no ice? Who is running this place? Does Wendy’s Corporation even care? EDIT - I called the 800 customer care number TWICE since my bad experience and still have yet to hear from anyone! Rest assured Wendy’s will not ever get a penny from me again.
