Wendy's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Had to update my review after last visit. It was really bad, and I'm someone who quite frequently says Wendy's is to underrated. First off the cashier was rude as hell. Very passive aggressive. Now for what made we wanna write this review the food. I got my usual a chicken blt biggie back and it was absouly horrible this time. The chicken sandwich tasted like it was sitting somewhere for atleast a hour before served. And the fries somehow tasted even older. They were very tough and almost cold. The chicken nuggets were surprisingly good. Not fresh but I'm a sucker for the nugs. I’ve only ordered from here at night and they always screw up. They take forever, they’re rude, and are just plain lazy.

Me and my boyfriend once ordered two meals, no special instructions, and a coke with both. They couldn’t even get that right. Gave us a Dr. Pepper and a coke. ???

And every single time I’ve ordered it, they’ve cut corners by completely omitting the bacon from the Asiago chicken club. I ask for a #8. No more, no less. Yet they take it upon themselves to alter my order. 90% of the time they can’t even be bothered to salt the fries. Just plum lazy.

Waited to order for 10 minutes. Waited for food for another 10 minutes. I have a key tag for a FREE kid's Frosty, but the cashier charged me for it. Went back in to fix it, and she said she would give me the money when she opened her drawer the next time. But, with the lobby full of customers she starts running around behind the counter, doing everything BUT taking an order and giving me my money back. It's not the 85¢, it's the principle.
