Woods is a shyster. He takes advantage of addicts and people down on their luck. He takes their food stamp cards and holds them behind the counter. He loans them cash and then charges their cards double. My girlfriend went there today to get her card back. She didnt get it back. Woods claimed it was not there that he gave it to his aunt. We are going back tomorrow to get the card. If she doesnt get her card we are calling the police and reporting him to DPW for...
