Always down to try new pho spots and I quite enjoyed this one.
We started, as we often do, with the spring rolls. These were pretty nice: a good amount of filling and substantial size. The sauce wasn't as peanuty as I am used to but I didn't terribly mind that. We got two dishes: bun rieu and hu tieu. The former was one I was not familiar with, a minced crab noodle soup. I was really pleased with this in the end. Read moreIf you have a chance to eat at this hidden gem, don't waste it! The food is fresh and spot-on. We had pho ba tien(beef) and pho ga (chicken) and shared an order of crispy chicken and summer rolls. The soups were as fulfilling as soup should be. The crispy chicken was juicy, crispy and flavorful while the summer rolls gave us a nice refreshing contrast. Best of all, I didn't fall into a food coma despite being very satisfied when I left. It wasn't busy when we were there at 4pm on Saturday. It probably seats no more than 15 or 20 patrons at a time, so I'd imagine they're pretty full at...
