wanted something that opens late that isn't fast food or diner. came across this establishment which opens til 2am. when arrived, I can see why it opens to 2 because it'll probably take you a couple hours to find parking - holy. but once you do, it's worth it. this place offers both indoor & outdoor seatings along w @ the bar. great selections of beer & cocktails, including seasonal and taps. inside seating from where we were were limited to about 3 tables of 4, while outdoor offers both sides of the building on the sidewalks. the staff were all very pleasant and friendly. we had K/Crystal, who was prompt, professional, and a delight. she made sure we were ok but also didn't hover around us. as for the menu. it offered your typical gastropub type of food from apps like wings, nachos, calamari, sliders, etc. entrees has steak, pasta, salmon, and chicken. also included salads & soup, burgers, and a kids menu! we started off w buffalo wings. not your fried type - seems baked. fell off the bone. nice, unique buffalo flavor. very enjoyable. had their blackberry lemonade (alcoholic) and a fruit drink w pineapple & cranberry (non-alcoholic, courtesy of our terrific waitress). very refreshing. definitely didn't skimmed out on the liquor. for entrees, we had the pennsport burger: burger w arugula, vinaigrette tomatoes, basil aioli, and caramelized onions. chose tater tots for the side...& braised short rib w asparagus and bow-tie pasta mac & cheese. both meal were absolutely delicious! burger was cooked perfectly and paired well w all the trimmings. short rib was super tender while swirling around the pastas in the meat sauce. too full for dessert. would love to come back to try their other dishes. highly recommended!

Fun neighborhood bar and grill! Came here for some St. Paddy's day action and it was a fun vibe. The place is intermixed with residential buildings but the signage is clear so you can't miss it. We found street parking not too far and walked over. Outside I noticed they had their outdoor seating prepped, and some heat lamps (that were off when we arrived). Looks like it would be a fun place for some outdoor nomming and people watching in better weather. Inside it's a Irish pub atmosphere - which was a perfect place to be for St. Paddy's day. There was some live music being played, and a decent crowd. It wasn't too packed or too empty, so ambiance was comfortable. We sat at the bar and ordered a round of spicy Bloody Mary's (yes spicy), and a hummus platter. The server was very generous with the vodka in the Marys and the hummus was perfectly shareable for two! Overall, great service - quick and casual. This place was recommended by a friend for brunch and it definitely looks like it can serve it up. I'm glad I had a chance to pop in and hoping to come back here for a full on brunch-a-thon when the weather gets better.

So this place...this place is a neighborhood staple. I've never been here before. I loved it!!! Ok so let's start with the service although it's not the standard they get the job done. I would say it's more relaxed than some other casual dining places I've been. The ladies were lovely that night and very accommodating as we were being served by the bartender and the other staff pitched in to ensure a nice dining experience. The food...we had the Brussel Sprouts which were very good. They were a little more cooked than I like my veggies, however they were very tasty. I will post picks of dinner and drinks. There was Salmon and Braised short ribs...delicious!!! So good that I want to take the whole family back. Then there's the drinks. The Solar Sangria is amazing and refreshing on a hot day. They also have a wide variety of beer. You don't need a reservation, however you may want to check to see how busy they are during peak hours. You won't be disappointed. 💙💙💙

My lady used to live down the block while we were dating so we've been here a number of times. Great food and beer selection. Bright atmosphere and ample outdoor seating. Heat lamps for the winter. The bartenders and servers are all VERY pleasant as far as I can tell. We've had conversations on slow nights with a few of them. Last night we were in the area for an errand and decided to stop in for dinner. She had the Pork Verde Sauce which was absolutely delicious. Great portion size (had some to bring home) and very flavorful. I had Chicken Picatta Ravioli which has their homemade ravioli and artichoke hearts. Delicious dish, the only thing I'd suggest is more ravioli. 4 very small ravioli and chicken does not a full man make. They were very tasty... the mozarella and goat cheese is quite a mix. But at the end I was taking bites of the Pork Verde while contemplating the cost of larger ravioli. Again, this is a wonderful place to spend an evening whether it be for a family...
