WYOMINGPIZZA — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered a special which consists of 1 large pizza and 12 hot wings with a 2 litter soda and 1 cheese steak with a side steak. The order came to $30 and some change. Well I got the order and realized the 2 litter soda wasn't here. Listen I'd paid in cash. I called Wyoming pizza and told them that the 2 litter I didn't get. Well the lies started saying I order a large pizza with lots of toppings and that they toke $6 off which was not true it was just a cheese pizza cause I don't do toppings. They told me they were sending the delivery man back to my home with the soda and apologize for that. 1st of all the pizza was cold and the wings was a little hard. 40 minutes no soda so I called them back and the lies started saying I wasn't charged for the soda....yes I was. I'd asked for the owner and she wouldn't get on the phone. Than I was told if I still want the 2 litter soda to go to the corner store. But I got something for them....LOL SMH if I got my 2 litter soda instead of lies you wouldn't of got back unwanted food ordered at another address lol. 3 larger pizza's 3 cheese steaks and 3 orders of French fries. The laugh is on...

I just ordered from here an hour ago and I must say I will NEVER be ordering from Wyoming Pizza again. The food was deplorable - absolutely disgusting; the turkey burger I ordered was as flat as a penny and seemed boiled instead of fried, the fries were extremely soggy and lacked the seasoning I requested and the buffalo wings were bone dry (even though I requested extra sauce) and tasted as though they were day old, re-fried wings - without blue cheese. I could not eat the mac and cheese I ordered because of the holes in the containers. The only thing worth while about my order was that the soda was cold. That's it. This was a complete waste of money. And to top it off, they refused to give me a refund, even though I only ate two wings. Food is inconsistent, fries sometimes are good other times old or flat, pizza either overcooked or undercooked, and to make matters even more uncomfortable, they change their prices on the spot and they charge you a fee if you use your card, also they overcharge you with a "service" fee, which to me is an "thief" fee. If you search for "how to cost your food" in youtube you can learn how to add this to your overall business expenses, yes its that easy!

Come on. The future is now . There are different and much better ways to do this! ( trust me! I am in the restaurant business)
