I always order somewhere 10 times before making any reviews. This place has not disappointed in all 10 times. I originally made my first order here because they offered a $10 pizza if you picked it up. Once I read through their menu, I also decided to order a cheesesteak and a chicken quesadilla with fries. All 3 were impressive but I wanted to see if lightning would strike twice, and surely it did. I am now addicted to this place and have to order either a cheesesteak or quesadilla twice a week. Not only is their food great, but their service is also exceptional. I'm not sure if ive gotten lucky 10 times already, but for some reason.. every time I get my food, it is always hot or warm like it just came out of the oven. Whatever this technology is, they surely need to share the info with other pizzerias since every time I get them home they're already cold or Luke warm. Ordered a 2ft cheese steak with Mazzarella cheese, and FF, onion rings, and Chocolate Milkshake. When we got the order, it was MISSING the FF, & the only sent a regular cheesesteak and only charged for the regular one. The Milkshake tasted like there was strawberry in it. They sent the missing FF and sent the ch steak without an issue. I had to pay for the steak. The manager gave me a hard time about the Milkshake. He finally decided to send it. He made sure to tell me to send the 1st shake back. We would have done that anyway. You think with the screw up with the steak and ff they would have sent a replacement steak at NO COST. that girl on the phone taking orders is rude and immature every time i added something to my order she’s sighing loud in my ear and saying “oh my god”. i asked can someone else take my order and she thought that was so hilarious. i hope the food is good because i wont be calling anymore… UPDATE i got the food but the girl was so busy trying to be a smart alec on the phone she forgot the first the i ordered… A PIZZA, i wish the phone calls were recorded because they claim you didn’t say something on your order but its a pizza store… thats what we intended on getting in the first place they literally only brung the drinks and sides. this place is horrible what a...
