Outstanding. Not that I expected poor service, but the service we received was beyond my expectation. And I’m not suggesting it was good for “fast food” service. I’m genuinely stating the service we received was better than what I’ve experienced at pretty much any other establishment. Chrsitmene, I hope I got your name right on this review. The place was spotless. Clean and tidy everywhere I looked. We arrived on time for our catering pickup that was called in same day by a family member for us to pickup on our way to an event. She greeted us, confirmed the order, and asked if we’d mind waiting a few more moments for the blackened tenders as they waited until the pickup time to ensure nothing sat for too long or got soggy. Everything was bundled up and labeled for us. Plenty of napkins and utensils were included along with a handful of just about every sauce they have. She reviewed the receipt with us once more and explained her method for ringing up the order to ensure we got to take advantage of some of the deals they had going on. She didn’t have to do that. I don’t think most places would do that. She was so impressive and while we were picking our jaws up off the floor and thanking her for her fantastic service, she said, “This was my first catering order…” WHAT?! She acted like a PRO the entire time. Her and her team nailed everything about this experience. Keep up the great work! Oh, and the food was delicious. This was my first time trying Popeyes, and unfortunately, it’ll probably be my last. The food itself was good — no complaints there. But the customer service completely ruined the experience.

From the moment I placed my order, the employee seemed rushed and was hard to understand. When we pulled up to the window around 7:50 PM, her attitude made it clear she didn’t want to be there. I politely told her to hold on while I unlocked my card (which took five seconds), and she responded by slamming the window shut and pacing around with visible frustration.

She then aggressively handed us our drink and didn’t say a word. When we received our food, I still made an effort to be kind and told her thank you and to have a great day — only to be met with more attitude and zero acknowledgment.

I don’t normally leave reviews like this. I’ve worked in customer service and understand people have bad days. Maybe she had a difficult customer or coworker before us. But if you can’t treat paying customers with basic decency, it might be time to consider a job that doesn’t involve direct interaction with people.

Chicken sandwiches delicious on brioche bun ,probably one of the best! . Fries good. Biscuits dry and hard. Tenders good.Mashed potatoes and gravy good. Comparable to KFC . Different seasonings.Coleslaw would not recommend, KFC has best coleslaw and maybe larger menu options. Why they did not keep fish sandwich permanent, unless sales slow? Restaurant was clean, very pleasant staff. Efficient, need napkins available on counter, have to wait and ask an employee for extra napkins.you need extra napkins for restrooms because is no paper towels. Rest room needs paper towels to clean up after you wash hands and mouth, blow dryer only? NO lemon for iced teas? McDonald’s gives you real lemon wedges. Some drinks no charge refillable.
