First....I would like to start off by saying that the waiter was awesome. Thank you Jules for awesome customer service. You were great!

The next thing I would like to discuss is what happened during our time in this restaurant. It had been awhile since my sister and I had hung out so we were looking forward to going to a nice restaurant eating ,enjoying and catching up. All started well, until we were getting ready to pack up our remaining meal when my sister asked me what was this on her spoon. After taking a closer look, I noticed that it appeared to be a roach, beetle or bed bug of some sort in her food. Since the restaurant was busy during that time we did not want to make a scene and signaled for the waiter to come over to ask him what he thought it was as we placed it on a napkin for him to see. Initially he thought it was a spice but after he moved it around he noticed that it was a bug and decided to bring it to his managers or the owners attention. We were initially told that my sister's meal would be a removed from the bill. Later due to the fact that I ordered a meal to go...... I decided that I no longer wanted that meal....as I was uncertain of my remaining meal as well as the additional meal that I ordered if there was any further bugs in it. After the owner came by the table and started speaking to the waiter again it was later decided that we would have to pay for both of our meals in full which I did not understand at least removing my sister's meal as the bug was found in her food. Or providing some sort of a discount.

The owner had not only one chance but two chances to make the situation right and he chose not to. While we do understand that mistakes happen we should not have to just accept bugs being in our food. The way he handled this situation was completely unacceptable and we will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. He never even came over to the table to apologize for the situation. When everything is good, it's good....it's when there's a problem and how that problem is handled is what really matters. Moral of the story is check your food when you are eating in this restaurant there could be...

Food was terrible. I came into what looked like a warzone on a Friday night. We got shoved in the top corner next to the window, and we all immediately noticed the dead rat against the window behind the bricks holding the dead flowers. Our waiter was a handsome young man and quickly came over and gave us water, placed evenly on the table. Matthew didn't stutter once and talked with confidence. We got our drinks and anything we asked for in a timely fashion, however the golden triangles were frozen; twice. Pad Thai came out with eggs in it even though I asked for no eggs. I even checked the bill after, and he did put a note for no eggs hence the kitchen's mistake. After I told him about the Pad Thai, I saw the manager actually yell at him, and threaten to fire him, and then ignore him for the rest of the night and awkwardly stare in his direction! I also noticed his friend/coworker constantly kick and punch him! This completely destroyed the atmosphere and you could see the exhaustion on my waiters face. Rest of the entrees were okay aside from the fact that what seemed to be a younger busboy drop EIGHT glasses on the table right next to time and shattered glass flew under our table. Of course, Matthew was the one to clean up the mess. Also a short what seemed to be young teenage girl runner set the floor ON FIRE when bringing out a whole chicken.

If you want Thai I would recommend takeout and if you have food restrictions triple emphasize what you need change. I am shocked that my waiter puts up with his coworkers' behaviors and doesn't get a better job. He is the only bright spot of...

I used to love this place but not anymore. The food was decent but very inconsistent. That wasn't what stopped me from going there. I had ordered pad thai takeout and while I was eating it, I thought it had a strange taste, I took a few bites in and found a rubber band (not a hair tie) in my food. Stuff happens, I know, but even that wasn't what made me stop going there. When I called, the one server who has been there since they opened answered the phone. I kindly asked to speak to the manager but she said he wasn't there and quickly hung up on me. I was stunned and thought that was very odd. They must have this happen often for a reaction like that, was my second thought. I knew the manager had to be there because he was always there and he was the one who handed me my food when I picked it up! I called back and quickly told the server not to hang up on me and that I needed to speak to the manager about the food I received and she again states the same exact thing as before and also says, "this line is to make orders only." Before she hung up I told her that she should tell her manager, "not because I found a rubber band in my food but because of the poor customer service is the reason why I will no longer give them my business!" Yes, I could of drove there and demanded to speak to the manager in person but after the experience on the phone I just knew it wasn't going to do...

It feels a little weird to eat Thai food at a strip mall, but this place does a nice job of creating a different atmosphere. We ordered a Thai iced tea, pineapple fried rice with chicken, and basil fried rice with shrimp. We have a food allergy, and the kitchen was able to meet that need without any issues. The food is served beautifully; I doubt I've ever eaten a pyramid of rice before. The shrimp were quite large; there were only 4. I would have liked more, but perhaps that's a bit too greedy. Shrimp were served with their tails on, but I was only given a fork, a spoon, and some chopsticks. This made eating the shrimp quite challenging (I wore a lot more than I would have if I would have had a knife). We wanted to sit outside, which is filled with lovely flowers. This was a perfect evening to dine outside, but this made it challenging to ask our server for things (like a knife or more water). Our server came back towards the end of our meal (with only 1 shrimp left), and I could finally ask about about knife. I'm not sure if the service was slow or inattentive because we were outside or not. This was my first time here, and I'd definitely come back and enjoy more of their delicious food.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This Thai restaurant in Phillipsburg is an absolute gem. From the moment you step inside, you’re wrapped in the most beautiful atmosphere with soft light jazz playing in the background, stunning decor that feels both modern and warm, and a level of care that makes you feel like family. The service here is truly next-level. The manager went so far above and beyond for our family. When she saw we had a toddler with us, she brought out crayons for him to draw with, served his meal on the cutest little dinosaur plate, and even surprised him with a lollipop and a Hot Wheels car on our way out. It’s rare to find that kind of thoughtfulness, and it made the entire experience unforgettable. And the food? Perfection. Every dish was plated so beautifully it could have been displayed as art—and yet somehow, the taste was even better. Every bite was bursting with authentic flavor and perfectly balanced spices. A solid 10/10. This is the kind of restaurant you dream about finding. Whether you’re here for a quiet date night or a family dinner, you’ll leave feeling cared for, impressed, and already planning your next visit. Absolute must-try!
