The food I received was cold even after being told they are making it soon and will be done in 15 min. The person working the cash register on 4/14/24 during the evening kept telling me to check my phone for a text letting me know my food was ready. After waiting for 20 min for them to make 10 Wings that’s right 10 wings it was still not ready and still no text. I check back again 10 min later since I saw a bag of food just sitting on the counter I decided to ask if it was mine and the cashier said it was. I told her well I never received a text or anything to let me know my food was ready. She just said “oh okay” like no not okay. My food was ready and just sitting on the counter. The flavors were great but the fact that I had to eat cold wings was not right. It wasn’t until I got home 15 min later that I received the text that my food was ready. That whole time the cashier could have let me know it was ready since I was waiting outside the store the whole time. The least she could have done instead of letting the food sit on the counter and just go to waste. I’m sure she wouldn’t like it either if she was offered cold wings to eat. Just another place for the hype and nothing else. Go to another place if that doesn’t ever get resolved.

Update (May 19, 2024) Edit: I did reach back to the owner since that’s what they asked me to do on the comment they left me and have yet to hear anything back from them. I emailed them on May 6, 2024. If you’re the business owner and you leave a comment like that and don’t respond back as promised to make the necessary changes and to fix an issue then that’s just bad business practice and speaks volume that you are commenting just to look like you actually care when you really don’t. I think I gave you plenty of time to hear a response back. Hope all of you take the time to read this and best to take your business elsewhere. Ace of Wings – My Go-To Spot in Phoenix! Let me just say this: Ace of Wings is THAT spot. If you're in Phoenix and looking for crispy, juicy, fully-loaded wings with tons of flavor options, look no further.

What I love most is the huge variety of sauces and rubs — there's something for everyone. You can even choose drumettes or flats, which is rare and much appreciated. My personal favorite? Lemon Pepper all day! 🍋🔥

But the goodness doesn’t stop at wings. The pizza fries are absolutely fire, and their macaroni? Hands down the best I’ve had — creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor. Everything is made with love and it shows.

The vibe at Ace of Wings is super laid-back and chill — just the way I like it. I've seen long lines before, but that just proves how popular they are. Thankfully, every time I’ve gone, it’s been smooth and enjoyable.

Now let’s talk about the staff. They’re amazing — friendly, patient, and really know their flavors. They’ll answer all your questions, offer recommendations, and never make you feel rushed. They’re truly educated in the flavor game.

Oh, and yes — I’ve grabbed me a “drink drink” 🍹 while waiting, which makes the whole experience even better.

What makes Ace of Wings even more special is the family behind it. The owner is a humble, hardworking family man who leads by example, and you can see the love in everything they do. Watching him show his kids what hustle looks like is inspiring. His wife is his rock, and together their story and growth are beautiful to witness.

They even run deals from time to time, making it even easier to come back again (and again!).

Waited to write this review and sad to do so. I have been a long time customer, way before they blew up the way they did. Anyway, long story short I had placed an order on my birthday (8/27) Was very excited because my brother was in town and he was excited to try as well as I’m always talking about AOW. First I tried to claim my free app/dessert on the AOW app and it wouldn’t let me, fine. I don’t mind paying full price to support businesses.

It was pouring rain real hard this night (monsoon season) everyone on the freeway pulled over due to the rain. I waited at the gas station until the rain passed since it was almost impossible to see at night. I tried to call once to see if they were able to hold my order since it was about 10 minutes til their closing time. Long story short, they gave me a call back asking if I was able to come in to pick up my order I had paid for. I explained I wasn’t able to get back onto the road due to the rain. They said they weren’t able to refund or remake the order the next day because the order was “already made” I understand that. But no refund, or re making the food that I had already paid for was insane to me. Just to possibly toss it out at the end of the night. Employee said it was “policy” and proceeded to ask me “do you have ace on Facebook? I’ll let him know you’ll message him” that was the only way for them to make it right. With the owners approval and rightfully so. But leaving it up to me just left a bad taste in my mouth as well. I did message Ace, and no response. It’s been 4 days now, so I could care less. Hold onto the $50 order I had paid for and not received for a valid reason. No response at all. Whatever helps you...
