I’ve been debating whether to post this, but I believe it’s important, especially for the owners and upper management of The Buffalo Spot to be aware of what’s happening at their location.
I’m extremely disappointed with how the general manager — Matt (or whatever his official title may be) — treats his staff. On multiple occasions, I’ve personally witnessed him speaking condescendingly and disrespectfully to young employees, many of whom appear to be teens or young adults just starting out in the workforce. His tone and choice of words are demeaning and unnecessarily aggressive, as though he believes that holding a leadership role gives him permission to belittle others.
That’s not leadership, it’s intimidation. It fosters a toxic work environment that reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
What’s even more disturbing is that I overheard Matt gossiping about an employee’s weight . LIKE STOP. This is a younger team member that is underage most likely. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s cruel and borderline harassment. It sets a dangerous precedent for workplace culture and completely undermines the confidence and well-being of the team.
Every business has its challenges, but how you treat your team during those moments is everything. Disrespect from leadership doesn’t solve problems it creates new ones. As a customer, it makes me question whether I should continue supporting a place where staff are mistreated and mocked behind their backs.

Read morePlaced an order on their website for delivery at 5:15pm. Said the food would arrive 31 minutes later. I had the tracking for it open and watched as three separate Door Dash drivers sat there waiting before leaving. Finally after the 3rd Door Dash person left I received a text at 6:26pm to say my order had been cancelled. When I called the store the woman I spoke with said that the Door Dash person stole the food. Because why would they make replacement food for someone that paid them money??? I check my bank account a couple of days later and had been charged for the food I never received that was "stolen". I call and speak with the manager to get the charge reversed but he told me it was against policy to refund the charge because Buffalo Spot would lose money, that I would need to contact Door Dash to get a refund. Surprise, surprise Door Dash tells me I need to contact the manager of the store for a refund. When I tell her he refused to give my money back she said she would call and speak with him. When she comes back surprise surprise the manager is all of a sudden unavailable even though I spoke with him less than 5 minutes prior. Two horrible businesses with horrible work ethics "working" together to screw over their customers. Buffalo Spots service is constantly slow and employees are often rude and lazy. I emailed Buffalo Spot and have received zero communication back. Don't go to this location, don't use Door Dash. Door Dash apparently employs thieves and refuses to do anything about it and Buffalo Spot takes no responsibility when it comes to making sure people that pay money...
Read moreI went there for the 1st time on Nov 13th. I was about to try the wing but needed to use the bathroom. Had been traveling and couldnt really focus on the menu. When I told the cashier she said I would have to buy something before I could use the bathroom. I was a little stunned but really needed to pee so I literally pulled about $100 out my wallet and put $20 near the cashier to let her know I had intentions to buy me and my mom lunch. She continued to say no. I said thats crazy I js need to use the bathroom and walked towards the bathroom which needed a lock code. When I came back the front the cashier was nowhere to be found and my $20 was left sitting there. I was so appaled I just left, but I could not shake the horrible feeling like I was being racially profiled. I called back to ask the young hispanic girls name and speak to a manager but when Trevor got on the phone he wasn't much help and basically said he was sorry I felt that way. When I asked for the cashier name he stated he couldn't give personal information. When i requested a higher up mangers name he gave me the same response.
