I ordered the smokehouse sandwich plus curly fries and a Chocolat shake. Now mind you the manager was upfront working on the chivalte shake machine but I didn't know that until I got to the window. The girl who took my order told me after I got to the window if I wanted a soda instead because the machine was broken for the chocolate shake. She then tells me she already charged me fir the shake. I said have your manager resolve the issue, he is standing right there. He couldn't figure out how to credit back that part of the bill so he asked me if he could give me cash back for the makt. I said that's fine. The cash back was 4 bucks and change. So how did the figure giving me a soda fir the malt was a fair trade. I had told them I had soda at home so I certainly didn't need to pay 4 bucks for a soda. My question is why did the girl who took my order was not smart enough to tell me when I was in the drive up that the didn't have chocolate shakes at that time. Pretty bad lack of communication in that store. In the whole process not one person said they were sorry about the whole incident. Do your job folks

Hopefully when Wendy's opens next door this franchise goes out of business. Customers are a bother to them. UPDATE Got a response from "owner" to respond to link and describe everything again and then they will respond. But the link doesn't exist. Wow isn't that a slap in the face to the customer. Read moreI ordered a number 13 just now they gave me a number eight I was very nice and walked in and said hey I ordered a number 13 the manager I believe his name is Angelo told me no I overheard you in the drive-through you said 8 I said I didn't he said yes you did.... I said okay have a good day and I walked out with my incorrect order as he started smiling. That was the most unprofessional thing I've ever been part of not only did he tell me I was wrong but he smiled about it obviously he's going through something I'll never come back which is fine you guys don't need my business but I would suggest getting this kid out of there with his terrible attitude.
