Az Metro Cafe — Restaurant in Phoenix

Order the same thing 1-2 times per week. Ordered with DoorDash again today and my eggs were overcooked (ordered a veggie scramble), I pay for an extra egg (missing), no cheese (paid for), paid for avocado (not included, DoorDasher said they didn't have any ripe enough and I was going to get a credit). So I call them to let them know of my disappointment and I was told, we can't do anything, call DoorDash and they hung up on me. I called back and the person put the phone down and just left it. I could hear everyone talking in the background and kept saying "hello" and the line was still live but ignored. I order this same item 1-2 times a week. So disappointed about their customer service, although from the other reviews, I shouldn't have been. DoorDash customer service even told me they have received complaints of unsatisfactory customer service about them. Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl, comes with white rice. Checked food at home and no white rice. Called restaurant and they said they hadn't made white rice. No apologies or anything. NEVER...

I asked for the cream cheese of the bagel on the side, it was put on. I asked for no meat, I got meat. I got no syrup for the French toast and no utensils.. that'll be a NO from me on...
