Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Phoenix

Highly upset with the customer service at the Costco's food court. I put in an order and was told 15 minutes and the pizza will be ready I show up and had to pay for the pizza through the kiosk because they were not accepting card. I then waited for my order to be ready witnessed people showing up to the counter ordering exactly the same thing that I was ordering and they received their food before I was I don't know what is going on with their quality control but...

They lost my phone order. I placed it Fri afternoon for Sat morning, plenty of advance notice. It took 30 min to reorder. The Sat employees tried, it wasn't their fault whoever on Fri screwed up, but the process all around sucks. It was crowded & chaotic, and there is nowhere in the self serve checkout to add a note re: paying for a call in order, to help connect the dots. It just felt stupid...
