4/26/25 Update: I’m VERY UNHAPPY with my experience at the food court on our way out today. I stood in what looked like a normal line furthest from the wall from which a lady went to the counter even though she was in her own line? Was weird because she went to the left not the cashier. I get to the counter finally and ask for 2 chicken bakes and 2 drinks. The lady told me with a card I have to order at the kiosks then get in the line behind them to grab my food as she pointed to what was apparently the pizza line. I order my food then get in the line she pointed me too. It’s a long line and not moving. All the while I’m staring at the 2 chicken bakes that were ready. It was a good 7 minutes or more till a lady started asking people how many pizzas they ordered. When she asked me I said I ordered chicken bakes. She pointed to the right side telling me to get in that line to grab smaller food. By this time I was pretty frustrated as one could imagine. I didn’t get in the big line because thought that was for the cashier. When I walk to the counter someone came from the longer right line with their receipt. I asked where I should go as I have already been in line twice. She pointed the back of the longer line to the right to which I replied, “I was already in line for a long time!” while I pointed to the pizza line. So there I went just being forced around like an idiotic cow! I finally get to the counter my 3rd time when it was my turn according to them and told the lady I was there for 2 chicken bakes and 2 drinks. I also told her, “I must say something. You guys need big signs above explaining where things are and how things work! Sorry to take it out on you but the amount of time in lines I had to spend is ridiculous, and I’m not happy about it!” She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager to which I said yes. I repeat myself to the manager and all she could say is, “we have a pizza sign to your left there and a sign at the kiosks that explain things.” All I could do is shake my head. “That’s not enough you need something more obvious to tell people how things work here!” I told her or something similar. No apology, no free item, nothing to resolve the issue. She just wanted to argue with me. What a bad manager! Oh, “and we are out of chicken bakes no more today.” What!? So I told her, “give me my money I’m done with this place!” I wasted like 20 minutes or more there for no reason! Also had eggs and cold juice sitting around. Also it was closing time didn’t know. She didn’t say anything. And the way they had things situated you’d need a big diagram up above and a video explaining things to people just to figure things out if you’ve never been there before! Sam’s makes a lot more sense at their food court and they close at 8pm on Saturdays, not 6. This along with my previous issues at Costco tells me once our subscription comes up in March 2026, we’re going back to Sam’s. I’m going to tell my wife to take her card off her account so it doesn’t automatically renew. Shady people! 😡
Original Review: So far it’s a decent shopping experience. They have a good program with Executive and CC if you can buy an average of $135.50 a month which would get the extra $65 cost back. I don’t think we’ll do that. Maybe every other month. The sign up lady was really pushing us for upsell of membership. Kept on repeating it. I wasn’t too happy about that part. Also that it took us like 30 minutes to sign up at the counter. It shouldn’t take that long. They should get your info, take your picture, give you your card, sign you up with whatever extra services you want, and be off with you to help the next person. You can do the app stuff...
Read moreTerrible Experience with Jacuzzi Tubs - Unreliable Installation and Poor Customer Service
Be careful using their preferred vendors, specifically Jacuzzi. We trusted the Costco brand would take care of us and are still left hanging waiting on Jacuzzi to finish the install of our 20k shower. Rating: 1 star ⭐
Our experience with Jacuzzi Tubs has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were initially attracted to the promise of a one-day installation made by the salesman, but eight days later, we are still without a finished product and without a scheduled date to fix the broken parts that were installed.
The installation team, despite being assured of completing the job in one day, took a full two days to finish. Shockingly, there was no inspection conducted, leaving us with a $20,000 shower that is riddled with issues. These issues include a leaking hose and a squishy floor pan – not exactly the quality one would expect from such a significant investment.
Adding insult to injury, their finance person reached out promptly for the second half of the payment. However, we have yet to hear from anyone regarding scheduling a return visit to address the myriad of issues we have with the installation. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize payment collection over customer satisfaction.
Despite our attempts to contact them, Jacuzzi Tubs has failed to respond, showing a complete lack of care for their customers. It's a stark contrast to the trust we placed in the Costco brand, only to be let down in the most disappointing way.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Jacuzzi Tubs for any home improvement needs. The broken promises, extended installation time, and lack of responsiveness have left us extremely disappointed and regretful of our decision to trust this brand. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reliable and...
Read moreThis is solely for this location's optical department. Steer clear! I've purchased contact lenses online from Costco and thought I'd give their prescription glasses a try instore...BIG mistake. They told me they'd come in 7-10 days, 2 weeks later I hadn't heard from them. Called them and they told me they'd check the status with the lab and call me back in a few minutes. They never called me back. I called them again and they said it would be another 5 days. Three weeks later, still hadn't heard from them. Called again. This time, no answer. Called again and finally someone answers and tells me they were getting a shipment that day and they would call me if they were in that shipment. You guessed it, no one called until the next day with an automated message telling me they were in. Over 3 weeks for one pair! Then I go in to pick them up and the prescription is Hella strong and the lenses at the bottom are opaque as hell. I brought this to her attention and I told her I had paid extra for progressives and she gave attitude and was dismissive about my concerns. When I told her "well what am I supposed to do if these don't work for me?" She said, "there's nothing we can do, we don't accept returns ." Awful communication, awful customer service and who the heck wants a pair of glasses you can't see with?? I never leave bad reviews unless it's truly warranted and this review is well deserved...AWFUL...
