Tosos Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Phoenix

Look, there is a quality of food that I would be humiliated to serve a guest in my home for free - let alone list on my branded menu. The wings were edible and could reasonably be believed to have been made on the evening of our visit. Unfortunately there was a mix-up and we got someone else's food for the rest of our order. Our nachos appeared to have been those ordered by another table nearby, about 96 hours before we showed up. Largely tasteless but boasted 2 textures: dry and crunchy. What taste did survive the crucible that attemped to melt these nachos was apalling. I think i witnessed a miracle tonight: somehow in the 20 minutes between ordering and receiving my nachos, they were simultaneously baked for 3 hours and left sitting all day. I'm left traumatized. The next table over knocked their pool cue into me and when they apologized I had to fight the instinct to bat their own nacho out of their hand. I realized I had to just let people make their own choices. It was nice to be offered a box to take them home and try aging them an additional 12...

I've been coming here for a solid 2 years and its been great up until this past Friday. I racked up a pretty good tab and couldn't leave a very big tip but I gave what I could ontop of paying my tab. After I left, one of my friends went to pay his tab and one of the bar tenders - who hadn't served me at all - threw a fit about how much I tipped. He had to give her more money so she wouldn't go outside and make a scene over how much I left. That is beyond not okay. We are easily regular customers, showing up at night on weekends and in the evening on weekdays. This has ruined my appreciation for tosos and their staff. Hope the extra money was worth it cause I'm never bringing my group there again after hearing about that. This is not an upscale bar and doesn't exactly call for rich people who can leave massive tips for one, two its not the type of place where you leave a massive tip either. We'll be finding...

It's New Years Eve and my boyfriend and I live in the neighborhood near by, decided to meet some family member at this bar since it was in walking distance (as our vehicle is being serviced) and the reviews were great. Well my bf waited outside to meet my mom, aunt & uncle, I ran inside to use the restroom. A female that worked here approached me in the restroom stating "This isn't a public restroom if ur not buying a drink" and then proceeded to go outside and question my bf if he was "waiting on me and did we plan on buying anything otherwise I need to exit the building" we called off meeting up here with my family members in hopes of finding another more welcoming restaurant/bar. I'm disappointed as I was hoping to make this a permanent business we'd be able to come and grab some food and drinks but no thank you. And on New Years Eve...... Unbelievable customer...
