Birdhaus Coffeebar is a quaint little gem! This historic home-turned-coffeeshop was right down the road from where I was staying, so I had to check it out. This place deserves 5 stars for the customer service alone, the young man who made my coffee was super friendly and made my morning! I ordered The Quail (caramel latte + maple) as well as The Waffle, and both tasted pretty good. There was no indoor seating, but they had a neat birdcage bench to sit on outside. This is a great place for coffee and a quick bite in the morning. You definitely need to try the waffle. They are amazing just by themselves but if you want a little extra have the Nutella with it. They also have maple syrup if your not a chocolate fan. I personally think they have the best coffee or if the many coffee places I have been in the Central Phoenix area.

What a great place to grab a coffee! I drove thru the green popular coffee brand chain and it was packed, left and came to find this little hidden gem, wish I would have known sooner, but only visiting for a few more days, I tried the honey lavender latte (I believe that's what's called, definitely had lavander in it, lol) outstanding 👏👏 this little lovely place is now definitely on my top 1 list for coffee.. The lady was very kind and helpful, will definitely be my first stop the upcoming days while I'm here, definitely go try it!! You'll ditch the green popular coffee...
