Spin Art Nation Phoenix - Spin Art, Splatter Studio, Fluid Art & Rage Room — Attraction in Phoenix

All employees were very nice, however overall experience was disappointing. The website made it seem like booking the ‘private room’ was the best way to go because it upgraded you to their new ‘shotgun art’. What this was an air-soft gun, (that kept jamming), to shoot at 6 small balloons, that was it. The actual painting tools for the canvas’s consisted of 3 small water shooters, 3 plastic feather type things to fling paint and 1 ball shaped sponge and 5 small sponges and 7 ketchup size paint bottle's to use. We had 1 adult and 2 kids, 10 & 7. We were out of paint in about 15 minutes, (we had 4 canvases). I went to find someone to ask for more paint and was met with resistance, saying we could probably give you more for an additional charge! I was like are you kidding me!? I paid $234.00 and you want to charge me for more paint when you hardly give any to begin with?? Apparently she felt bad and gave us 3 more bottles. The booking says 45 minutes, we were done way before that. For $234.00I would expect way more things/tools to use, more paint and the shotgun paint was ridiculous. Should have just tried the regular spin art, probably wouldn’t have felt...

Visited for a family vacation and my family loved it!! The rage room was a great experience, and we were given many different objects to break. We also decorated the bears, however I had to leave mine due to an early flight. I experienced the BEST customer service in the process of getting my bear shipped to my house. This was something that they have never done before but they were able to make a way for me! The General Manager was amazing and very reassuring during the whole process by keeping me updated on everything that was going on. I received my bear very quickly and it was packaged nicely so they it wouldn’t get damaged during transit. I am extremely pleased and would definitely visit again if in the area! Also, the girls working in the store were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole visit.They gave us a tour of the whole building, and broke down all of the activities that they had. I wish I could give this more than 2 stars. After reading other reviews and seeing others photos - we were left disappointed. When you book, you are only booking for 1 area inside- so you can choose bicycle, spin or splatter. Doesn't matter how many canvasses or entries you buy, you and your guest cannot work on your own canvas simultaneously. $100 for an hour (in all reality we were finished in 15 minutes... it doesn't take very long to glop some paint on a canvas and spin it. ) The photos here depict patrons in clean coveralls- the only coveralls available to wear looked like they had not been washed in months. I'm not comfortable climbing into a filthy 1 piece that who knows how many people wore before me when it's been 120 degrees out.
