Sending a big shoutout to the manager at Barro's on Northern and 19th for outstanding customer service!. I had an issue with a recent DoorDash order where one of the pizzas was missing due to the driver not taking the entire order for a work training. I called the restaurant directly, and the manager immediately took ownership of the situation—even though the mistake was on DoorDash’s end. Not only did he personally drive over to deliver the missing pizza, but he also brought an extra pizza as a gesture of goodwill.
