Google Maps said this was a restaurant that was open late. And that's true, but it's also the restaurant for a hotel, so if you come by, you should know that. The tacos and house salad were good, if a bit pricey. If you're coming in late looking for a meal, though, I recommend it. The staff was nice and friendly as well.

I really liked the hamburger.🍔 The dining area was not open but I was able to get food at the bar. Not very attentive people right now but the food was delicious.

My friend happened to need an overnight in Phoenix due to a cancelation in her flight. I picked her up from the airport and she booked a night at the Hilton Garden Inn. We plugged in a restaurant she knew that showed as nearby only to find that one was inside the airport. Now it's 9pm and most places were closing. Googled again and found a listing for "The Post" that closed at 11p. Hilariously, it was located where? Inside the Hilton which we didn't realize until pulling back into the parking lot. 🙄

The chalk board name for the bar/restaurant area said "The Perch", not "The Post", so unclear on why that was different.

We both agreed that the calamari and green dip was actually pretty good for a little hotel lobby bar, as was the cheese quesadilla which came with green sauce, guacamole, and sour cream.

Seating areas were cozy, but the area isn't large. Staff was very good, so if you go be good to them and they'll be good to you.

No pictures of food or location again because we were focused on our surprise visit and too hungry for pausing. Hope you go and share the...

Tonight, I shared an evening with my coworkers at the Post and I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere. The decor is beautiful and inviting, the waitress was very attentive and friendly, and the food was amazing. I personally ordered the All-American Burger with fries. Once the food arrived, it was pleasntly decorated on ours plates and was gorgeous to look at. Best part for myself is how delicious the food was. The burger, while juicy and succulent; was also absolutely bursting with flavors I have not experienced from any other establishments before. This restaurant, while being out of the way and not very well heard of, is definitely worth your time.

For those of you wondering about prices, the most expensive item was $31. My burger was $13. Expensive but we'll worth it. I will be returning to this place in the future to test my palet on this...

Decent looking place. Service is just ok. Food is a no good. Give yourself a break and go somewhere else. Ordered several apps to share, Brussels sprouts, crab cakes (they are small balls), fish tacos and a quesadilla. All thing came and looked pretty good. Completely cold, everything. Asked to have the sprouts reheated as they came first. Came out 10 minutes later, with about half of it missing. Just reheated and that's ok. I actually got up and looked for a microwave, but to no avail. Staff was distracted but accommodating eventually. Shay was very kind. They took 25 percent off the bill, total was was 60.77. This is...
