Burger King — Restaurant in Phoenix

They are paranoid about the homeless, and have signs to ask to be buzzed into the unavailble bathrooms. Claimed "closed for maintenance" at 10am. No one cleaning or working on it. Since they have complete control over who uses the bathroom, they should have no problem making it available.

I dunno, maybe I look homeless? Unfortunately, the Ralph Lauren lambskin is the nicest jacket I have at the moment.

I didn't bother to argue with the counter about it because they're obviously doing what they are told in this poorly managed location.

As a former alum, I prefer a burger for breakfast because I know I'm going to get it hot off the broiler. In this case, either the broiler chain was moving too fast, or the broiler didn't have sufficient time to reach operating temperature this morning enough because the patty was a bit undercooked. That's a health and safety concern. The test is supposed to be how long it takes for the Whopper to finish cooking off the grill. There should be zero pink.

Last time I went here the manager was really rude to me and wouldn't let me go to the restroom and wash my hands until I ordered food which is just the opposite of what I like to do normally this time I come here the lady ignores me won't open the door it's after the time that they're supposed to open they won't even answer me to tell me what time they're going to open and you're better off to just go somewhere else and save your money because they're really rude here and this is about the third Burger King in the Phoenix area that I've run into that same attitude same atmosphere so probably ought to try a different restaurant even though I'm about through with them because I'm tired of not being able to get serviced when I want to walk her flame broiled or that charbroil taste Guess we'll have to go to the other competitor it's a waste of time I've done this three times now in the last few days and it's worthless starve & save your $$ then I'll be able to open up my own restaurant with a service will be impeccable 👉🙄💨 FYI .. Turn that frown upside down... If you don't like your job get in a different business!!! Preferably something other than customer service because you don't have the skill it takes...

I live near to this BK and HATED IT FOR YEARS! It’s the most poorly run fast food franchise I’ve ever experienced through many cities and states throughout my whole life. The franchise owner must want it to crash and burn because it’s so poorly ran and managed. The workers for whatever reason, REFUSE to greet guest that end up standing at the counter for 10 minutes either trying to order or pick up an order. I’ve watched employees eating on the serving line where they assemble food. They will constantly lock the building up with employees there, with hours of operation hours left just because they’re lazy. I could go on and on. I have multiple videos and pictures of the multiple times that this place has been downright disgraceful. The food quality is horrible. I was once sold refrigerator-cold breakfast sandwiches and was faced with the worst attitude when I came inside to ask if they could heat my food ups. I pray this place goes out of business or gets bought off by a franchise owner who cares about their business and the way...
