This place use to be great, until they hired all new workers. Now it has been horrible for the past months. I went today, with about 5 cars ahead of me, so I expected some delay or slowness.
I got to the order window, and the lady seemed like she didn't understand English! I tried ordering 4 piece chicken stars, 3 burgers, and 3 large sodas; somehow, she got a kids meal, 3 medium fries, and 3 small sodas out of that. She didn't even ask "is that all?" or make a conclusion, so we were sitting there waiting for her, then we had to ask "did you get all that" and all she said was "yes" On top of that I had to state my order 6 times slowly on the top of my lungs. The car in front of me took off as well, because she gave the car a totally wrong order, and to top it off she handed the food before receiving the change! anyone without a right mind would have took off with free food.

Read moreI didn't try out all the menu so I can't guarentee tastebud satisfaction for you all but I have never really had any bad experiences with this place. I will say though that it was kind of cold at that place so if you have children with a slight cold you might want to put a jacket on them or something. One thing that surprised me was Carl's burger that was called the "Superstar". It was so huge! (and now it's my favorite) Besides that nothing else really surprised me. It was the typical modern style you see in most fast food restuarants these days. Although now that I think about it I'm not entirely sure if they do this all the time or in all Carl's Jr restuarants but when you order they bring YOU the food and I think that's kind of cool because they give you a little plastic red marker with a number on it to put on your table and after you get your order an employee comes around the table once or twice to see if you need anything. Read moreWell what can I say it just seems like they don’t care about their customers, because they keep on giving a 1 star customer service and it looks like the manager at this restaurant don’t give a dam about losing customers or getting bad reviews. Today I went there at 12:23 noon and Giselle (order taker) sounded like she just didn’t want to be there. As I got to the windows she wasn’t friendly(you lost points there) then by the time she handed me the sodas( they weren’t marked) I asked her which one was the Diet Coke, her response (which was the highlight of why I’m giving you a bad review) her response was” I don’t know you’re the one that mixed them up” ARE YOU F** KIDDING ME!!! Like who says that, first of all if you would of marked them down I would of never asked you which one is which one. Her comment just killed it for me.
