Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Phoenix

This used to be my goto place when I don't want to go to the Lopes Way location. However, my last visit here was very upsetting. After waiting through a long line, I wanted to have them put the chick-fil-a sandwich in a box, instead of a bag, to prevent it from becoming soggy. I have made the same requests several times when I was at the Lopes Way location. They have told me that it will be an upcharge if I want them to put the sandwich in the box, which is very ridiculous. I thought I had found a resolution to this by ordering deluxe sandwich without tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese, thinking they would put it in the box.
