Einstein Bros. Bagels - GCU Campus — Restaurant in Phoenix

I have been here a couple times and I know that it’s a college food dining place, but today I was incredibly disappointed. I ordered the avacado toast on an Asiago bagel and when I received it, it was very cold and the avacado was so unripe it was insane. Wasn’t even fully smashed, tasted awful and you could physically smell that it was not ripe. The food was terrible, not to mention the girl that took my order was not attentive to me in the slightest and did not seem to care about what I was saying. Again, I know this doesn’t happen all the time, but this was a serious disappointment especially because they upcharge the food so much and it’s toward the end of the semester when everyone is getting pretty low on...

Horrendous, unprofessional treatment of customers:

Bought a drip coffee here and politely asked for half&half. One worker grabbed the carton from the fridge and was about to pour until she was abruptly and unprofessionally stopped by another employee, who very rudely and aggressively stated that I had to get it from the pitcher by the drip coffee... which like most if the drip coffees, was empty...

On that note, every time I've tried to get drip coffee there (around noon), most are empty and don't seem to get refilled until the next morning.

Won't be returning, and wouldn't ever...

The bagels weren't that great, especially the everything bagel. That was so disappointing. Getting cream cheese costs like $2 extra which is outrageous. The cinnamon rolls are good and so are the other pastries but sometimes you wonder if it's even worth it. I got the pumpkin latte once and regretted it. Messed up my stomach so bad that I couldn't even finish it. My appetite was curved. I felt like I got a stomach bug from it and it lasted like 3 days and I didn't want to...
