Drove all the way to this chipotle, because the one by my house ran out of so many items that I had to drive 13 minutes from where I’m at just to have this fast food chain… when I ordered everything was fine, I ordered a salad bowl nothing else, my usual And when I went to check out the host AnnaMarie was very unprofessional and rude. After completing my order and it was time to check out, I asked her for dressing for the salad that I ordered and they put one in my bag. I looked at it and noticed the portion of it immediately was a little smaller than what I’m used to seeing so I asked for another one and she let me know that’s just how the portions are made and charge me an extra two dollars for me to have another one. Even when I let her know about this portion size being too small, she was very adamant about charging me. I’m highly upset because the amount shown in the picture that I posted is not enough for anybody to enjoy their salad and she was so rude and unprofessional like I was asking for way too much and I just hate feeling like “ this is why I don’t eat out” because people who work do not like their jobs and are unprofessional. The easiest of all jobs in a fast food, restaurant or chain like this should never be approached with this bad of an attitude it’s not like it’s coming out of anybody’s paycheck but I just thought it was so rude, because chipotle already skimps on their meat portions, let alone charging me two extra dollars because they’re SALAD DRESSING portion size is just simply small … I definitely felt nickel and dime for sure. I was having an issue with a catering order and every other rep I was able to reach over the phone (3rd party service because Chipotle does NOT want you getting to the restaurant directly) had no clue what was going on - said the order did not exist and even when I had a confirmation # (When they finally found my order they said my card didn't go through and that was also incorrect). Thankfully I got ahold of Elias at 6:30pm - so nice, attentive and very knowledgeable when it came to catering orders, payment processing, and delivery etc. He was able to put my mind at ease, confirmed my order was in the system, and promised there would be no issues - he would make sure of it, even though the day of my event was on his day off. HE IS AMAZING! I had been on the phone for over an hour with 3 different reps and he was able to resolve in a matter of minutes. Chipotle needs to hire more people like Elias. Fast forward to today, I called (learned the trick to bypass the phone promps) and got a rep at that store and he was just as nice and helpful as Elias. Today, I went to place an order for pickup while on my lunch break through the Chipotle App and I was charged TWICE in my bank by them and the order didn’t even go through to their system at the restaurant. I was really frustrated and almost ready to give up, but I went inside to get some help anyways. The cashier, John, was kind enough to hear out my issue and help resolve it. I’m not sure if he was the manager at this Chipotle, but he was taking responsibility like one! John was excellent — he has amazing customer de-escalation and resolution skills for just being a cashier. John helped me get a refund and I was even able to get my order for free.
