First of all, if i could give them a negative star I would. This place is the worst of the worst. First of all, they take forever to give you your order. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I could order. Then it was another 20 before I received my order. I happily went home, only to find out i was given a half empty container of coleslaw when I had ordered a large size. I then opened the Mac and cheese and i was again disappointed to find out it was burnt and dry. I normally don't complain but this has been one too many times. I decided to go back to request a fair and edible portion of Mac and cheese and coleslaw for what i had paid. I had to wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru before the cashier listened to my complaint. I was simply asking for a fair and edible portion of Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The cashier was rude and violently snatched the containers of coleslaw off my hand and told me that was the portion for the size i paid. I then requested for the manager on duty, a lady in the back yelled at me'I'm the manager in a rude and demeaning tone. I explained to her the situation and the entire time she was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. She then proceeded to take the container of coleslaw and throw it out and told me she was going to give me my money back. I, again explained i just wanted my food, to which she replied, that's what you get, no more. I was very disappointed with the service I received and decided to just leave, as it was clear that I was not going to get anywhere given the cashier and manager's attitude. I drove away disappointed and hungry. I've been a customer for years and really enjoy the food. However I'm sad to say I'm very disappointed and will definitely not go back to any church's chicken because this is horrible customer service. Read moreI went there last night, because my other half wanted chicken for dinner, and all I wa Ted was okra and mac n cheese. So there is a bit of a line no biggie, we order him wanting the spicy chicken we were told they didn't have it and we would have to wait 5 mins. So we decided that normal was fine. We paid or more specifically I did, and then we waited 20 or more minutes for the order. It was a 15 piece family meal, the kid came back and said they were out of biscuits. I said that's fine we dont want them and asked if my order was ready. He said yes. So I told him to just give us the order without the biscuits. He vanishes again for another 15 minutes. At this point I was starting to get a bit irritable, kid finally comes back. And not only was I told they were out of mac and cheese but there went what was to be my dinner. I was so upset, he just tried to shove the incomplete order at me, I was like so your not going to replace the missing item with any other side? Really?? So I told him to just give me another mashed potatoes in place of the mac. The food service industry and normally whenever we are out of something and we have a customer waiting we usually go up to the to that and say hey I'm sorry but we're out of this right when we find out that it's out and not make them wait and overly long time for their food and to tell them that they don't have something what he didn't even offer to change it out or to replace it with anything else I had to ask him to put in something else in place of it. I am very disappointed, I am very angry, and I want my money back. So if anybody management or upper management wise reads this please feel free to contact me on here and we can talk. But I will never return to this restaurant ever again if that's how they treat...

Ordered online and when we went to pick up they stated they did not have the jalapeno bombers even though I payed for it online and it didn't state that there. Also I ordered the chicken and they said it was going to take 25 minutes once we went to pick it up even though online it said 15 minutes and also it seemed like the employees did not want to make a new batch of spicy chicken because they were trying to persuade us to get the original chicken instead saying the spicy would take too long and they also didn't start our order right away and waited awhile before telling us. Aside from that since they didn't have the jalapeno bombers I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't refund my money to my card since it was online and tried to make me get something else even though I didn't want it. I have never had any bad experiences in my usual churches chicken location that I go to but this is by far the worst service ever. Never going here again and the employees here don't do anything for customers . I have worked in customer service and I was also very friendly and tried my best to help a customer and gave options, but here it seems like the people weren't very well trained at all. I was very much stressed during the process of just trying to get a good meal after a long trip. So I do not recommend this...
