I donāt like doing bad reviews I donāt want to ruin someoneās employment however when the customer service is completely lacking, thereās a need for a review. I went in tonight for a frosted animal cookie blizzard. I stood at the counter for nine minutes finally after no one even acknowledged me standing there I said ā is this register open ?āand wow the attitude was thick. There was a gentleman there named Ben, who very disgruntled said to one of the female workers there ājust take her order.ā She took my order while I waited out in the waiting room. Ben came out to the waiting room and handed me a blizzard no napkins no lid just spoon in a blizzard that was dripping over the edges of the cup. So I said thank you. I went out to my car and it was running all over the place so I thought you know I didnāt pay eight dollars for a blizzard that is dripping all over my car. I went back in I asked Ben to please make me another blizzard he did so and it was exactly like the first one. He was still very rude to me so I just left. I came home put it in the freezer Iām not sure what else I can do at this point. I will however be going in to speak to the manager tomorrow, there is no excuse for what happened this evening. I am in the Customer Service industry I am a hairstylist and a cashier, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated this evening. Itās terrible, but customer service Itās slowly becoming a thing...

The cashier seemed bothered by myself and my family and unable to answer questions I had about coupons and the gift card one of the kids won at school. I explained to her I wanted to partake in purchasing a meal and receiving the free cone that came with the coupon. After ringing up my order wrong twice, still irritated, she called a manager for help. This person was able to correct my order and I waited to the side of the register, trying to put myself back in the happy frame of mind I was in when I entered the store. Same cashier then asked me āWhat are you waiting for?ā I replied I was waiting for my food and ice cream cones I just ordered, confused because I wasnāt in the way of anyone or essentially bothering anyone. Then she gave my order to another family. It only took the same person in management to remake the order I was standing there to get, I just donāt appreciate spending money anywhere and being treated like my presence is an inconvenience. Our family is a family of color. My children are respectful and patient. I also am aware of my own interactions with people so I try to be mindful and considerate. Please work with employees on customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe menu on the marque said flavor of the frosty said salted carmel. When we opened the frosty at home it was chocolate with chocolate chips. When we went back to complain, they gave my husband a hard time. So I went in, and they told me there is carmel chips in it. I said your board says salted carmel flavor, that's the flavor of the icecream. I said I have chocolate icecream at home, I don't want this. Than all 3 of the employees ganged up on me, instead of making suggestions to make me happy, no wonder my husband came back to the car, all wiped out. Than after I still insisted and didn't back down, ONLY THAN did the manager chime in. He dramatically threw the frosties in the garbage and returned our money back to our credit card. WE WILL NEVER go back there again!! Why does their board say salted carmel and why were the employees so rude, to argue with me instead of explaining in a professional way about their board saying salted carmel not chocolate with carmel chunks, that's a corporate choice if wording and would you like another flavor or our manager can reimburse you. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! only the young girl who took our order was so nice and sweat....
