Food OK, deliveries late from time to time. I've had many issues with this Domino's location. It usually seems to be an issue with staffing (or so it seems). From time to time my pizza won't show up at all or will be very late. One time, I waited more than an hour and half (over one hour longer than estimated) and drove in person to the location. The pizza had been ready for a long time but they didn't have enough drivers. It was cold when I got it.
Often, you may notice the online tracker doesn't not work correctly. The issue, in my opinion, seems to be that the staff (or whomever updates the progress on the online tracker) are neglecting to update the status. My experience has been that about 80% of the time the tracker is not at all accurate. Much of the time, it will be stuck in the "Bake" or "Quality Check" phase for a long time, even hours, until someone updates the status. This is 1) annoying and 2) prevents you from rating your experience on the website. Thus it's possible it's either a mistake or intentional so they can avoid people rating them online through the official website.
I am not at all happy with my experience with this location. I only rated 3/5 because the food is usually decent. The service is horrible. Avoid if possible...
Read moreI placed an online order at 6:30pm with an estimated delivery of 7:46pm. At 8:15pm the tracker stated the order was still in the first "prep" period so I tried to call the store to see what was up. After 20 minutes on hold I hung up and tried again, this time waiting 15 minutes again with no answer. There is no option to cancel my order online while it's still in the "prep" phase.
At this point I gave up and ordered from Barro's instead (better pizza... more on that later). At ~9:30pm the Barro's order arrived, and 20 minutes later so did the Domino's order.
Positives: The driver was super nice and also apologetic, the food was still warm, and now I have enough pizza and pizza accompaniments to last for at least a week of responsible COVID related social isolation (as if that's actually a chore). Also, Barro's is really good, definitely ordering from them again.
Negatives: It would have been nice if Domino's actually answered their phone. I didn't mind that they were late but I wouldn't have had to order from somewhere else if they would have simply...
Read moreUsed the online app so I could track it and I work for DOMINO’S about 2 years now so I know how things are suppose to be. It took the delivery driver 31 mins to bring me my food from the store. So of course when I got my food it was cold and gross. Had to re heat it in the oven m. Granted I called the store to figure out what happened and they told me she took two deliveries around the same area ( so I know it still shouldn’t of taken that long I’m a mile ish from the store) plus they told me she doesn’t use GPS. 🤦🏾♀️ If you don’t know where you’re going ... using freaking GPS it’s how you insure good customer service and get a good tip. I had a $5 tip set to the side but as I saw how long it was taking I decided to give a little less and then she got her and had attitude from hell and I asked what took so long and she had no idea.
