Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

The service and quality was going a little downhill for me for awhile but it wasn't enough for me to write a review up until this point and I don't even like to write reviews. Last week I ordered two pizzas, one of which was a free pizza due to ALL the points I've earned and I will tell you that I have ordered quite a bit from this Domino's. We received our pizzas and one looked like it was sparse and barely sprinkled with toppings and the other just looked like an old pizza sitting around that they delivered to us. Hard and dry. This one was a simple medium pepperoni pizza for my kids. I called because I was extremely annoyed. I was given an explanation by the worker why they messed up and that she was "sorry". She was sorry not sorry with her attitude to be honest. When I was expecting to hear more than just sorry, her response then was "well what to you want me to do about it. I can't refund you. It was a free pizza to begin with." Well how about offering me a new pizza the way it was supposed to be made? So because it was "free" it's okay for the quality to be poor and that I should be happy with a cardboard for a pizza?? In fact it's not free, I earned that pizza by all the support I've given to your establishment and that's how you treat a repeat customer? You now just lost yourself...

The location on desert Foothills parkway and Chandler Blvd is by far the best and cleanest of all domino's pizza locations I have visited in the last 7 months. The service for my carry out order was superb. The staff as well as the manager made me feel like I was the most important customer in Domino's history. They literally stopped what they were doing to help me the moment I swung the door open to go inside I didn't even set my foot down on the floor inside the door and they were already greeting me with a smile way to go guys great service. I couldn't believe how clean the store was especially the kitchen it looked spotless it made me feel comfortable about receiving my food from this establishment.as far as any changes can go for this location I do not see any for now or the future in fact this store should be a role model for all stores to follow.

Placed online order about an hour before close time and quote was 14 minutes for delivery. The tracker showed the person prepping the order. The tracker never updated past that point. 90 minutes later I had to conclude that the order was not coming and had never been fulfilled and that is why the tracker never updated past prepping. It was apparent that the person had decided to ignore the paid order. When I called the store the next day to get a refund I found out that the store manager was same name as the person shown prepping the order. It was the store manager that had decided the night before to simply ignore my order. It was all the more obvious to me when the store manager didn't ask me any question in response to my asking for a refund on my order.
