Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

The food was good but I will never order from this dominoes again. The delivery driver was the most disrespectful person I have ever had deliver to me. I open the door he says hi (like I small child that was forced to by a parent), I say hey man how are u? Buse night? He literally gave me direct eye contact and just looked me dead in the face and didn't say a word. OK, so I ask the total and then give him money for the food and still give him a $4 tip as it was late at night. Then I end the transaction with, u know if u just would have been even a bit respectful and gave me a polite answer I would have given u a $10 as I had planned because it was so late. He literally did the same exact thing looked me dead in the face, said absolutely nothing and turned around and walked off. So I called him an a hole cause that's what he is. I've worked for multiple pizza places (barros, cheese heads, sardellas and pizza Hut and I have never in 10+ years of customer service have never seen a driver disrespect a customer like this. Also I can 100% promise if one of my drivers ever acted in such a manner, they would be terminated on the spot. As no location I have ever worked for would except an employee to treat a customer like that. I can't even begin to explain how pissed off I am that he would treat anyone like that, let alone a friendly paying customer (THAT U DEPEND ON TOP TIP U BECAUSE THATS HOW U MAKE 70% OF UR INCOME. will never order from this dominoes again. I ordered pizza using the app at a little after 11pm; it was for pick up. I drove to this location and waited for the app to tell me the pizza was done. I walked up to the front door and it was locked. I knocked on the door and the employees inside acted like they didn't see me. A delivery guy went through the side door and I ran over to try to talk to him, but he jumped in his car quickly. I knocked on this side door and they again acted like I wasn't there. Finally some guy showed up at the side door (not sure who he was), and a male employee opened the door for him. I told the male employee I needed to get my pizza, and he begrudgingly asked my name. I told him and asked why the lobby wasn't open and why they wouldn't answer the door for me, and he said they were actually closed. I told him they need to figure out to make the app know that... I asked how am I supposed to pay, and he said to just give him cash. Red flag, I think, but regardless I only have a credit card. He then took my credit card and went back inside where I couldn't see what he was doing.

He came back out and asked me for the zip code for my credit card, and I told him no way. Things at this point are way sketchy. I told him to let me in so I could pay for the pizza like normal. At this point he goes back in and a female claiming to be the manager comes out, and she takes my card. Strangely she runs it just fine.

After all this, I got my pizza home... And it is totally under cooked. DO NOT go to this location. Sketchy stuff is going on and the pizza...

I haven't had dominos in a long while, so me and the wife decided to get some for dinner. That was the worst mistake ever, keep in mind this review is strictly about the quality of the pizza. I ordered two pizzas a cheese and pepperoni. You can't really mess those up right, wrong! One thing I noticed the pizza was ready before the estimated time lets say I ordered at 4:45 it was ready to pick up at 4:52. The cheese pizza crust was burnt and the cheese, this was the only one that was eatable. The pepperoni was also burnt, however the crust was hard to the point like chewing beef jerky. This tells me that they cooked the pizza at too high of a temp. Easy to say I will not be going back to this location or any dominoes at this point, there are a lot of pizza chains that have way better pizza. Keyword here is consistency which dominoes in this experience shows they do not have. I would say hit and miss, eat here at your own risk!
