As a Phoenixian that grew up in the Glendale region for half my life, I really adore visiting to this Starbucks on a daily basis! 😊
I used to live in the townhouses right across from Barcelona Middle School and always come here to either network to get out of my comfort zone as I have Social xiety, autism, Introverted, and ADHD along not having any friends and wanting to get out of the house.
The workers are very friendly towards their costumers based off my experience, I've met a lot of friendly people that sit in the same large table around me, and even had received free drinks in the past from the older employees along people that I've interact with. ☺
What I also LOVE about this Starbucks is its right across a Sonic, a Vietnamese Restaurant, a Walmart, and a Maccas ( Aussie term for McDonald's ), and even a Wendy's. You can bring your own food in of course or snacks if you ever get off from school or work to do your studies here or to have your own peace and space even though it can be quite loud and crowded. I don't recommend visiting in the busy hours which is probably between 12-5 pm. based off my experiences if you're very introverted or have social anxiety as I get overwhelmed since this is the best yet only Starbucks I normally stay.
It's sorta like living here so to speak since I hate being at home lol and also filming my YouTube videos as it's a career for me to support my mum.
If you ever live around the neighborhood / city, please feel free to visit here! 😀 Not to mention it's quite a large size in my opinion so there's plenty of space to work in unless it gets packed which happens frequently on the weekends. 😰
Other than that, muchas gracias chicos para leyendo oder vielen dank alle für lesen og tak for læsning! 📲👀📱

Read moreI wish i could give this Starbucks a better rating and review but, i feel like each time i come here. I visit almost every week because I work at the Walmart store by them, It seems as if this particular barista tall and dark skin lady that takes my order at the register has a bad attitude. I have nothing against this Starbucks store I appreciate their business and it's my favorite coffee place to go to, I am a gold member because of how much I love Starbucks, I really don't understand why each time i get serviced by that lady my order is always wrong, sorry If i dont remember her name, i tried describing her to the best of my knowledge. When I visit this particular location I get my order taken by her, she gives me a dirty look as if i did something wrong and she really doesn't want to see me, if she's there and takes my order it is made wrong and when my drink is made right in which I would be surprised It takes longer than it should to the point I'm the last one standing there waiting patiently even if i feel a little upset about the wait. I would completely understand if their busy but everyone who ordered after me would get there order first, i'm currently writing this review while still waiting for my favorite drink, Iced matcha green tea latte, I'm just really bothered that I have noticed how many times this continuously happens. I am not a bad customer who likes to yell or make a scene, I would just appreciate it if they change their attitude and behavior towards customers that is not...
Read moreIf you are looking for a quiet Starbucks vibe, this isn't it. Appears to be mostly a to-go store with minimal tables inside. The place is hopping with a college age/20-something crowd grabbing to-go orders.
They were really busy when I went on a Saturday morning around 10am. They have indoor service, a walk up window and drive through. Skipping the walk-up line, I mobile ordered and my drink was made promptly and quickly. Beat the line, yeah!! But the food portion of my order (just a scone) took another 10 minutes. That makes it difficult to enjoy both the drink and food together.
The bathrooms are locked, I assume in response to homeless, but instead of giving you the code to open the bathroom yourself, the baristas have to walk you to the bathroom and unlock the door for you. That is demeaning for everyone involved, and I saw about half a dozen people ask in the 20 minutes I was on premises. It had me wondering if the baristas wash their hands after each time they open the bathroom door. And maybe that's why they were slower with orders; they had to keep leaving their station to open the potty door.
The workers were all very friendly; there was nothing out (napkins, sugar, cream, stirrers), so I had to make multiple trips up to ask for things, and they provided requested items...
