Hollywood Beauty Eyebrow Threading — Local services in Phoenix

Literally, what the hell. I’m from Texas, visiting Arizona and I decided to try out Hollywood since it had good reviews. WRONG.

I first went to one on Indian school road, they left a bunch of hairs on my eyebrows. I’m like okay no big deal; I was headed to the other Hollywood store in Bethany Town Center to get my eyelashes done so I had them fix the left hairs.

Eyebrows look great, the second time. I get my eyelashes done regularly and this girl did NOT know what she was doing. She had blonde yellow hair , not sure what her name is. Me left eye looked WAY different than my right eye. And she knew that because I kept telling her to fix it. In the end she said she couldn’t do anything since it was already done. Instead of taking a few off to readjust, she kept clumping on more lashes. I left this place hurting to blink.

That happened yesterday evening at 4:30-5pm and its not even 18 hours later and I’ve lost about 20 of my OWN eyelashes and four huge clumps of fake ones along with them. I only have random chunks of lashes left on my eyes.

Not to mention, I was getting them done for family photos today with family here in Arizona

I am highly unsatisfied with this Hollywood beauty, I am a recurring customer I come here every time I need my eyelashes done but on November 7th I came in at 6:11 PM this location does not close until 7:00 PM I came in to get my eyelashes done I signed in and at 6:25PM one of the girls who was Calling on people told me that I cannot get my eyelashes done because I have to be in before 6:30 PM I signed in At 6:11 PM she told me that I would not be able to get my eyelashes done because I would have to be signed in before 6:30 at that point I felt like it was discrimination, so then she told me I would have to be signed in before 6:00 PM and at that point she basically told me she could not service me now they don’t close until 7:00 PM and I am going to file a complaint on this business and discrimination complaint on this business because there were many Hispanics in there that were being serviced and me being the only African-American woman in there they told me I would not be able to be serviced this company is terrible and I will never come here again and I will never recommend this place...

My woman entered the building ahead of me. I delayed but was still to right after her. @ .7 sec perimeter check. Nothing no one's there but me and my wife. The lady asked without turning towards me, may I help you? I say yes I want my toe hair done! I'm so glad it was a more beautiful day out cuz I could have caught the shivers from her no funny no smile no nothing flat. I'm not going to let this woman ruin what could be I win win win trifecta event. Ain't that right fellows 1 I'm with wifey at the beauty parlor or salon 2. The potential for eye candy is enormous 3 great chance to be charming to multiples at one time. And here she is being smug and life draining.
