If I could give zero stars it would be that or negative stars. My partner and I ordered to celebrate his son’s birthday; Our total was over $80! And when we got to the store to pick up our order, what does the employee say to us, “someone took it, your Mathew *? Yeah, someone else took it” As if my partner wasn’t who he said he was and the person who actually made the order. He was puzzled. The employee could see that on his face and responds with “it was canceled or someone else took it, like two hours ago” (which is a lie, because we ordered it an hour before we went in to pick it up due to the time frame we were given by the online ordering service. All the while giving us an absolutely nasty attitude and showing that he couldn’t have been even less interested in giving us any good customer service or help from what we should do. I want to mention there were also SEVERAL other customers in this same location for the same or similar reasons. Never, NEVER, will I be coming back, after spending almost $100 for someone to act like that and not even provide the service, that they are being paid to do, and not be able to feed our family on a Special occasion. I will surely remember the way we were treated and I will be sure to give everyone my review of this place if asked. Extremely and utterly disgusted and disappointed. Also calling the phone number to the online ordering through google, was no help to us at all either. They had us on hold to confirm with the storm. What the employee had told us about our order and they said that the order was still my canceled even though we were just in there with them and spoke to them and that’s what they told us. Read moreThis does not look good for a pizza place. First off, where do you get the idea that I place the order at a "Call center"? Also, despite I have been attended over the phone when i called the store, I place an order for pickup for the 7.99 Howie Deal for two. After a promised 25-30 minute wait, got to the store and the gentlemen didn't even noticed I came in to pick it up when it got to that time frame. I respectfully informed him of my order, said it'll be a 10 minute wait, then I patiently sat. Later, it turned out to be "another 30 minutes to one hour". Guess what? They did not received my order at all! I know it's frustrating but Starbucks can do a better job than yours, but you dare not give me a $20 credit like what your employee did to another customer that waited in-line as me for almost an hour? I would love to complain to their customer call center or upper managment, but I'm just fed up with the lies. NO Honesty, whatsoever. This store needs more training from both managers and employees because this what you lose service. Read moreI ordered a medium pizza (with green peppers and mushrooms on one side) , a chocolate chip cookie and boneless Buffalo wings . The order said it would take 40 minutes . After about 15 minutes , I received a call that they were out of mushrooms so I decided on black olives . My order literally took a hour and 15 minutes to arrive and when it did , EVERYTHING WAS COLD & the Buffalo wings were undercooked with no Buffalo sauce on them . I contacted the restaurant and spoke with an employee named Roy and the manager Thomas. I explained that I warmed up the pizza, but the wings were not salvageable. I still had the wings and offered for them to come pick them up but they refused stating that was not neccessary and stated I would receive a refund of the wings that I ate NONE of . I disposed of the wings and waited for my refund that never came ! I used to like hungry homies but not so much now after I was lied to and given cold food. My order was $37 for cold medium pizza a chocolate chip cookie and 10 undercooked no sauce...
