Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

I ordered pizza from here (using contact less curbside pickup) to celebrate my birthday. Pizza is something I'm typically not able to have. And with everything going on lately, ALL I wanted for my birthday was pizza for once. I should have known from the moment I saw my order go from "preparing" to "ready" in 2 minutes online, that something was up. The pizza was stale! Either that, or it was sitting out for a LONG period of time. I couldn't even eat it let alone enjoy it. It was a major disappointment for the party. And a complete waste of money. Not even putting it in the oven could make it better. Normally, I check my order prior to leaving. But with contact less curbside pickup, it went from the worker hands straight to my backseat, out of my reach. I should have had her open the box for a look prior to placing it in the car. Had I known I would be given stale pizza, I would have listened to my intial instinct and ordered from New York Pizza Department instead. I know now...

We’ve been ordering from this store for years and lately it has been hit and miss on the quality. For awhile they were going through managers fairly quickly. And I just found out they were bought out by a California franchiser. The prices have increased…a lot. And the quality…meh. We decided to try the new tater tots and they were not very good. The cheese was burned and there was supposed to be bacon…couldn’t find it. Looked nothing like the picture. The pan pizza crust wasn’t as good as it used to be either. They don’t seem to cook the pan pizzas long enough. It’s a conveyor belt, but the pan pizzas need a slower one! Oh, and the minimum for delivery is $17.00! And what’s with the $4.99 delivery fee that isn’t a tip for the driver?!? With the higher prices now, we can get much better...

The delivery driver left my order on a dirty sidewalk and walked away without notifying me. By the time, I walked to my front door and noticed my food was just left there, bugs already had claimed my pizza; and the order wasn't even complete... there was no salad.

Had to call the store twice about my order and each time the cashier would tell me to wait even longer even though it was way past the delivery time.

This was my third order in a row being super late but I never thought was possible that they will just leave your food order outside without a knock or doorbell.

It's obvious that Domino's doesn't care about the sanitation of their food if they are ok with leaving the food on a dirty sidewalk for minutes until you notice your food was delivered

Do yourself a favor and order...
