Went through the drive thru for the advertised $6 meal deal with iced coffee whole milk no sugar. Only one car ahead. Came to window, paid, no receipt (didn’t need one) got handed a straw. The food is handed to me by someone else, then they say bye but no drink. Tried to hand me a caramel iced coffee, someone was behind me by then so maybe was theirs? I repeat my order, then the order taker comes back. They immediately demand a receipt and asked if I did a mobile order. No… I literally just ordered two minutes ago and you’re pretending you don’t know me? Finally one goes make the drink but I wasn’t confident because it sounded like she repeated “oat milk” instead of “whole milk”. I asked the other person to please make sure she’s doing the right milk for the drink and she walked away. It was about 3-4 minute delay for this nonsense, then she passes off the coffee and mumbled something before closing the window fast. I did take a sip before driving off and I’m fairly sure it was oat milk but I just didn’t say anything else because they were not helpful at all and didn’t understand a word I said it seemed. 6 hash browns in a baggy? All the food was old and cold. I am not a regular DD person thought I’d get a treat after grocery shopping. Never again, the location isn’t great either, very congested area. Even for $6 this was not worth it because I didn’t get what I ordered and they were too proud or rude to admit they made a mistake.

Sharing a poor experience at Dunkin. I don’t write many reviews but my experience was so poor I feel compelled to let others know so they can avoid disappointment or dissatisfaction. I don’t drink coffee regularly at Dunkin but we happen to be near one and wanted coffee so we decided to give them a try. Ordered a plain latte. When the lady behind the counter called me up for my order and handed me the cup, it felt really light for a large. I opened the lid and the foam was barely over the half mark of the cup. I immediately told the server (Jess) that my latte was a little light for a large. She looked at it and said it’s the way our milk foams. I was like really, so this is typical for your lattes. Which she said it was. Not wanting to argue I took my lumps. But I asked her what her name was and she said Jess. I asked if she was the manager and she said no then pointed to a woman next to her. I asked the managers name and Jess said it was Ramona I believe. The manager looked at me and I said that I intend to write a Google review about my experience. To which Jess replied okay. No attempt to make my disappointment right and didn’t bother to ask how my experience could have been better. The manager didn’t ask or even say a word. The level of service was sad unfortunately and disappointing. Dunkin’ lost the opportunity to win me over as a new customer. Maybe other locations are better but avoid this Dunkin location.

One of these things is not like the other. Second time. It’s supposed to come with frosting. So we’re either lazy or false advertising. As the image suggests. And I’m sick of the repeated “sorry it’s not ready”. It’s a donut or a muffin. Things that are staples are never ever ready. I always have to substitute. The only reason I go to this location is convenience and you got 2 stars because the girl at window is always nice but guys. Come on. Never any seasonal items. Never any regular items. Ridiculous and I will be reaching out to corporate. Plan better. Edit: wow I got 5 of the same donut, three more of the same and surprising 4 decent looking ones. Assortment means a variety. This was for my office. Disappointed.

First,, this is not my first experience with this Dunkin, it’s just the first time I’ve written a review on them. I can say, i have tried probably four different sandwiches from here, and have just had at least a dozen interactions at this location. So what I speak of now is from experience, not just a one time unfavorable interaction. That being said, Where do I begin? I ordered a vanilla crème donut/ got a vanilla sprinkled. Ordered bagel bites- didn’t receive those at all. Ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant- cheese wasn’t melted, croissant was old and the sausage was ??? Didn’t taste or look like anything edible, I could not take more than one or two bites and I’m afraid of what the results of that decision might be. HORRIBLE. Terrible. Awful. Lastly, I also ordered a bacon egg & cheese on sourdough, what got was cold, dry, and tasteless imposter foods, trying to pass themselves off as bacon egg and cheese, served on sourdough BREAD. Not TIAST, just BREAD. Not even buttered. (Tip for DD: no one, ever gets sourdough NOT TOASTED!!) so the most positive thing I can say about that sandwich is that it now is in my garbage. That’s a plus. So, I’ve been trying to call the store to tell them what is up. Apparently answering their phone isn’t a business practice they’re engaged in. Shocker. I think that this Dunkin ought to give it up-maybe just make a few donuts and call it a day. Don’t do the breakfast sandwiches people because they ABSOLUTELY SUCK. I don’t see a whole lot of customer satisfaction in the reviews here, and as far as customer service goes? Never mind. There must someone who serves a decent breakfast that could make good use of this location, because this Dunkin’ needs to go, or the owners/managers/cooks etc should really consider another business altogether, far from the food and bev industry. Maybe open a used tire shop, or check cashing store. I know!! How about just investing in a Redbox?? That seems easy! Something, anything, but don’t serve food anymore because you really really really are terrible at it. That advice is free of charge -...

let me start by saying that breakfast is my most favorite food, I can eat breakfast any time of the day! but DD has spoiled it for me thrice. For today was my 3rd time trying breakfast, hated it! please just keep to the donuts which are delicious, the first time I tried the steak and egg breakfast sandwich, they microwaved the meat so the ends where toasted you know that over microwaved meat look.. and the toast was buttered and toasted but they had it inside out, I was able to deal with that just not the rest of the sandwich. 2nd time I had the sausage and egg, the sausage again microwaved with the egg, terrible that was the worst ever over microwaved sandwich, what happen to cooking to order off the grill? the hash browns where so soggy they were falling apart I couldn't even eat it, and of course not crispy! So today I decided for the 3rd time this morning, I would give it another chance...I mean you can't go wrong with a chicken biscuit, right? wrong! I also asked for my hash browns to be crispy and not soggy like the last time, I asked 3 times people, when I ordered, when I paid, and when I got to the receiving window again before I got my food. so what do I get... I received a cold coffee, and again soggy and NOT crispy hash browns (which by the way they only give you like six that are soggy and stuck together in grease, does any one in this place know what hot grease is that is needed to cook hash browns to make them crispy???) you can't just turn on the heat and drop the browns people if it's not hot enough! and the last and most dis-satisfying was my chicken biscuit.. yes people the biscuit was doughy in the middle, was not cooked all the way through.. needless to say I did get to eat breakfast for the third time! what do I have to do to get a good breakfast sandwich from this place? I guess not get breakfast and stick to the delicious donuts that they are known for ! - your neighbor -

FYI - I'm coming back this time...

This is ridiculous guys! How many times are you going to forget to check the orders and charge a customer for an item not received?? We're not picking up breakfast and making a donation here. Not providing a receipt just makes it look more intentional. I've spoken to the manager there, she clearly does not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. By now, it just feels like shouting into the abyss, can anyone here this??

It is generally considered illegal to charge a customer for an extra item they didn't receive and then not provide a receipt. This practice can be seen as fraud or misrepresentation. In many states, there are laws requiring businesses to provide receipts for purchases.

Fraud and Misrepresentation: Charging a customer for an item they didn't receive is a form of fraud and misrepresentation. The customer is being led to believe they have received something for which they have paid, when in reality they haven't.

Receipt Requirements: While there may not be a universal federal requirement for receipts, many states and even cities have regulations requiring businesses to provide receipts for purchases, particularly those exceeding a certain value.

Consumer Protection: Laws are in place to protect consumers from being charged for items they didn't receive or for amounts that don't reflect the actual purchase.

Dispute and Recovery: If a customer believes they have been charged for an item they didn't receive or have been overcharged, they have the right to dispute the transaction with their credit card...
