Dunkin' — Restaurant in Phoenix

Another location with RBF (Resting *itch Face). What is happening with dd? It seems like they are only hiring militant feminists!?! If you are white or Latino man forget about using restroom.. Standing at the counter waiting on someone to say hello or acknoweldge me is astounding!! It's like they have on man repellant.. I am a mixed race man.. Nobody takes me for white. The militants look at eachother with disgust at seeing who will wait on me.. The look in her eyes was just insane.. She was wearing the face of a hostage victim forced to take my order.. When my order was up, nobody says anything.. A gurl just threw it on the counter and b4 it stopped sliding, she was turned around.. I thot she wud say my name or order number.. She said nothing.. 5 customers later, still waiting for order.. Female orders after me had their orders called out. I go up to counter after 6 minutes and no one looks at me. 7 women standing infront of me all turn away from me a and look elsewhere pretending to do something.. Looking at floor, looking at register, looking at toaster. Just ridiculous behavior. Since not one lady acknowledged me, I just took the bag on the counter. I didn't care if it was mine or not.. I sit down and I see that it was mine. Nobody had tye courtesy to say my orser was up. After I finish, I wait at counter for 3 minutes, gurls right in front of me, again I am invisible.. I ask to use the key to restroom.. One girl actually said, "what key?" I was in disbelief.. I repeated slowly this time at half speed... "The key to the restroom." The look on her face was incredulous! Absolute combat mode. I thot she was going to throw something at me.. She says the restroom is broken.. When the manager comes up to me, explains the same vullshite.. I ask her if anyone knows how to use a plunger? She says was are a food service business and walked away.. Lady, there is thing called soap, its used to wash your hands with.. I didn't believe anyone with the contempt on their faces.. I think this is a femischnazi militant stronghold.. Good ducking luck with the bitterness you hold so dearly.. Hope it...

This used to be an A+ place. Last few months???? ehhhh D- on a good day, witch is very seldom, btw. Walk in is often closed, drive through only. Then ya find out why the line goes clear out to Thomas. Girl on speaker says what can we get you ? I asked for two snack-Bacons and hashbrowns. she says wait a moment, give me one moment please. then after approx two minutes she comes back and says can I take your order ? I ordered again and she says yes just a moment, comes back again and says may I take your order ? After the 4th time, I drove away. This has happened more than once. When I could come into this place, I wd order bacon, hashbrowns, two donuts, hand the counter girl a$20 and let her keep the change as a tip every time. This place seems to be “jack’n” their paying customers rt out the door. I don’t see why I should come back here anymore. = ( This place has turned into a D- store that is seldom open. Nice job MANAGER !!!! BOOOO !!!!! SHAME ON YOU !!!!!

• gave this place another try * been a while since I came here because of poor management. not much has changed. 9 AM Saturday morning : a very small selection of donuts at the front counter. 7 or 8 trays w/ 2 r 3 in each one. I asked for something I did not see. she said they were out. they advertise midnight coffee dark roast but they never have and still don't. I ask the girl what about people ordering donuts at the drive-through ? do you tell them you're out also ? she said she didn't know ? so I turned around and left. This doesn't give customers a very good reason to come back and try to order donuts and coffee when they don't have any to sell. this is very sad !!! = ( pretty soon they'll change this building into a check...

First time going inside and completely disappointed with the rude attitude of the woman that took my order. I had to wait when I was the first person in line. The manager I believe motioned for someone to help... but didn't step in for assistance. The Lady was condescending when I said I wanted an Apple Fritter in my Dozen... I'm fully aware of the upcharge as I get those for a coworker frequently. When she grabbed the box she wasn't paying attention to me or acknowledged she was ready. For all i knew she was there to talk to her coworkers. It actually was so surprising I didn't order everything I wanted. I will either go through the drive through as they are always so polite and just seem so happy to be helping which was NOT how the woman today was. I also asked if there was and club/promotional offers since I get the iced coffee so much and she gave me an are you kidding look and told me No. Reviewing the website which i had looked at many months ago that told me i needed to go inside to get a card now has information on the app for Dunkin which is what i would have hoped she would have suggested as an employee. My company would have reprimanded me for not offering information on a marketing option to bring in more business especially if a Customer asks about...
