Dunkin' — Restaurant in Phoenix

This was probably the worst service I’ve had in years…anywhere. The speaker at the drive thru is so quiet, I’m yelling & repeating over & over. Then, I get to the window, the girl till at least 4 min to just to open the window, then asked LITERALLY 4 times what my order was. She then handed me a drink, (that wasn’t what I ordered,) I said no…that’s not what I just said. She closed the window again for a while, (there’s a long line, mind you,) & then hands me a ‘new’ drink. It was the same WRONG drink. She literally could have cared less about her job, no apology, just attitude.

My husband ran inside and exchanged my drink by someone else for the correct one. This was my first & last time here. *Also, their parking lot setup is atrocious. The line wraps around the building, trapping in anyone who parked to go inside until the line moves. Good luck getting return customers… I’m sticking to Starbucks...

I have had amazing experiences at other Dunkin Donuts but this one, I feel is mismanaged and employees don't seem to care about the place, which in turn shows upper management problems. I went in to order and they had the order ready but didn't even call my name to let me know that it was ready. And also, my cappuccino was not hot anymore. 🙁 I picked it up and it felt light. My cappuccino cup was only half full. (You know how when you go to Circle K and it says to press the button till the cup is 3/4th and then when you let go of the button, it feels the whole cup.) It looks like the employee at Dunkin decided to take their hand off the button at 1/4th full.

I’m from out of town staying at a resort nearby this Dunkin’ Donuts. I have one close to me in my hometown that I go to very often and love the atmosphere and they have amazing customer service and the food is always great. I got two sandwiches and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were cold, soggy, and tasted burnt. The two sandwiches we ordered were cold and soggy I don’t even understand how that happened. Then, when I went on here to look at the reviews, they were all horrible should’ve looked at them before I went. Won’t be visiting that Dunkin’ Donuts for the rest the day...
